Hôtel à ne pas rater lors de votre passage à Marrakech!
Excellent choice. Great location within walking distance from several nice restaurants as well as downtown and main streets. I particularly love how the staff members are professional and caring for the guests requests. The tea served in the lobby is very good. The buffet does reflect the subtle flavors of Moroccan cuisine. Keep up the good work!
Woeful customer service
Terrible experience to date. I have sent this (supposedly) 5 star hotel 5 emails with a simple request and no one has bothered to respond. I am not getting a good feeling about this hotel.

Good choice outside the medina
Wasn't sure what to expect, but a great hotel. Friendly staff and good value. Short taxi ride to the airport and medina. Great breakfast options and wonderful aircon in the rooms. Would recommend.

Rude staff
Staff are incredibly rude. Any simple question we asked they just stared at us, laughed at us, or told to leave. Every encounter with the staff felt cold and unhelpful. As 2 young girls from England I do this there was a certain prejudice towards us. As a result we only stayed 1 night. Also make sure you set a price with the taxis before as they overcharge massively
