Lovely relaxed trip
We had a lovely four night stay at Kenzi Medara Palace - everything was very easy and relaxed. Rooms are really big and the breakfast had plenty of variety.
Our favourite part was the pool - it’s huge! We loved Khalid who worked around the pool - he was super helpful and did a great job of making sure everyone had a chair and umbrella, and keeping the area looking tidy.
Amazing Staff!
My second time staying at Kenzi Menara, this hotel is beautiful. The staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful, they really add to the whole experience by going the extra mile.
Rooms are extremely spacious and the biggest hotel rooms I’ve ever stayed in, great balcony with a view of the pool.
The swimming pool itself is huge! Very clean and a perfect temperature. Plenty of sun beds and seating.
Breakfast was included, massive variety of foods to choose from.
We also ate in the hotels traditional morrocan restaurant, food was brilliant, relaxed atmosphere, with authentic music being played.
The hotel is only a short taxi ride from the medina. Nice to have some peace and quiet after a busy day.

Amazing
This is my third time staying at the Kenzi Menara Palace. It is a beautiful Moroccan hotel - traditional with a modern twist! Ornate, spacious and clean! The staff are polite, friendly and professional! I must shout out to Advil, Pitchu, Nada and Sou Sou who all made our stay enjoyable, entertaining, funny and they were amazing with my grandchildren!!!! The rooms are spectacular, and the pool is huge! I would highly recommend this hotel if you are visiting Marrakesh! I shall be back!!!!!
The staff
I found the hotel very clean and understanding, especially the entertainment staff, they have a fantastic understanding of how to get all ages involved in all the things indoors and round the pool area, and of a night the little man was light of fire in dancing with all the public and I must say , he had quite a few good moves, on all the seven days it was a treat too see what they had planned for the day , the boys behind the bar of a evening was also very good with talking and quick with your drink , came here too play golf but would definitely come back as a normal guest
Refreshing and Enjoyable stay
We are happy about our decision to vacation to Marrakech. Staying at the Kenzi Menara Palace is a big reason why. The staff there was amazing, the pool, so relaxing. This property is a resort, with beautiful (and large) private grounds and gardens and an extremely large pool with bar and restaurant services alongside. The staff more than any other reason made our stay here a pleasure. The hotel breakfast was plentiful with a huge variety offered each day. The two specialty restaurants were amazing - we were introduced to favorable Moroccan cuisine at the one, and at the Italian restaurant I had the best chicken fettucine of my life. The waiters at both restaurants were full of joy, happy and quite professional. Upon check in, we were greeted by the concierge, Sheriff. He mapped out possibilities for sightseeing and offsite dining. We followed his advice, he got us private drivers, and things turned out great. We will definitely be back here again.
