4 day break was nothing but amazing from start to finish staff were excellent nothing to much trouble and friendly and entertainment was great we will return
We’ve just returned from 11nights at this hotel and it’s definitely not 5*, The entrance is nice but that’s it, The Rooms… large enough for 2 adults & 1 child (on a sofa chair) basic bathroom, the maid comes daily & sweeps the floors, makes the beds & gives clean towels but that’s it no mopping of floors, no dusting, left with a broken cup not replaced, floors are dirty, The Pools… main pool is large but has lots of broken tiles with sharp edges, pool shoes are a must unless you want to cut your feet. Slides are good but watch if you have little ones as lifeguards are too busy on mobiles to watch adults coming down before kids have moved out of the way, saw a few ppl get kicked or knocked out of the way! Main restaurant…. Get there early if you want a clean table and hot food, otherwise good luck! It’s like a free for all, only the English queue other nationalities just push in even in front of little kids. You do get bottles of coke, lemon Fanta & water at meal times which you can take away with you. There is a McDonald’s about 10 mins in a taxi and the taxis are great they will drop you off and either wait for you to eat or come bk in a set time to pick you up . On the plus side all staff are friendly Overall we made this holiday enjoyable but we definitely wouldn’t return
We’ve had once again a great stay at Kenzi ! A heartfelt thank you to the animation team, especially Imad who made our stay extra special this week :)
We definitely will return
We’ve stayed at this hotel before and have always enjoyed the atmosphere, so we were excited to return. The entertainment team were once again fantastic — full of energy, friendly, and offering plenty of activities every single day. They really were the highlight of our stay and brought such a fun vibe to the hotel.
However, this visit wasn’t quite as smooth as our previous ones. The cleanliness of our room was disappointing, and despite reporting it to both the housekeeper and PR at reception, it didn’t improve. We upgraded to a junior suite, but couldn’t use the coffee machine as we only received capsules on our very last day, even though we requested them daily. We also needed bed sheets for the second bed, which took three phone calls and around two hours to arrive.
Even with these issues, the hotel still has a lively, welcoming feel, and the entertainment team truly stood out. With a few improvements in service and attention to detail, this could easily return to being the great experience we’ve had in the past.
From the get go the red carpet was rolled out, free room upgrade to a suite. seated at our table breakfast dinner and tea, seated at our table every night for the evening shows. mohammed at the entertainment bar, refilled our drinks at our table before we had even finished. Salah at the pool bar is a credit to the team. Overall this year the staff, the food and the entertainment is far better. We will be returning with family for the 3rd time in a row next year happily.
The only negative to the trim is one staff members name kept cropping up around the hotel, ZIZZO after hearing the disgraceful stories about him and seeing him sabotage spreading rumours about his team to the guests, I will not go into detail about the stuff he has done as it would tarnish Kenzi Clubs name, his disgusting habits do not represent kenzi clubs clear morals
Thanks Again
See you next year.
