It is just 17 km to Essaouira, and a 15 minutes' drive to the airport. This superb hotel fuses modernity with culture in a manner like no other. The hotel enjoys a magnificent view of Marrakech, and the breath-taking Atlas mountains and Koutoubia Mosque can also be viewed. The guest rooms are spacious and provide a private haven for relaxation or work. Guests are sure to feel well rested and rejuvenated after a stay here. Guests can enjoy mini-golf or spa treatments during their stay also. For a breath-taking setting, eloquence and comfort, this hotel will not fail to impress.
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.

This hotel is truly amazing – excellent service, clean rooms, and affordable. You really get value for your money. The rooftop pool especially gives you ultimate relaxation and truly makes you feel like you’re on vacation. The restaurant is also fantastic – clean, discreet, and delicious. I recommend this hotel to everyone. I’ve been coming here for 5 years, and it always exceeds my expectations.
Lovely hotel with friendly, helpful staff and great service. The breakfast was amazing with so much choice. The rooftop pool area is lovely with comfy beds and a DJ. It’s a little bit out of town which felt safer and it’s a quieter area which was nice. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend for families and couples alike.

A wonderful experience the rooms were nice and cool in the heat! Really friendly staff, the pool area to chill out on a evening is amazing.

A Cascade of Problems - Avoid This Hotel
Imperial Plaza Hotel & Spa Boulevard Abdelkrim Al Khattabi, Marrakech, Morocco
I regret to say that my stay at the Imperial Plaza Hotel & Spa was one of the worst hotel experiences I've had. While the location on Boulevard Abdelkrim Al Khattabi is its only saving grace—providing easy access to the main street and some nice restaurants—the hotel itself is in a severe state of disrepair.
Our initial room was completely unacceptable. The air conditioning was broken, and critically, both the room door and the balcony door were broken and wouldn't close properly, creating a major security and safety concern. To make matters worse, the mini-fridge didn't work at all. We were forced to request a room change immediately.
The second room, while marginally better, still had significant issues. A persistent unpleasant smell lingered, and the overall cleanliness was lacking, requiring much more attention. The breakfast offered a very poor and limited selection, and the general service was disorganized and unhelpful.
When basic functionalities like working doors, AC, and a fridge are not guaranteed, it falls far below any acceptable standard. Given the abundance of other options in Marrakech at this price point, I strongly urge you to look elsewhere. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
