Bad management of the hotel and badly maintained . Basic service lacking and Director in this hotel brand lack integrity
Most horrible experience . Stayed 2 nights . First night many mosquitoes in room . Whole night couldn’t sleep . Next day asked for mosquito spray from staff but they don’t have . Second night same problem. Spoke to Director on check out . He said they have the spray but find it very hard to believe him because if they have the staff would have given me . Then he asked me why I gave a negative feedback . What a joke ! Expect me to compliment him for his ‘ integrity’ and the mosquitoes😵💫

Bad Review:
I recently had a terrible experience at this hotel that I feel compelled to share. Upon attempting to check in, we were unexpectedly questioned about our marital status and told that we needed to present our original marriage certificate. This requirement was never communicated to us prior to our arrival, which was incredibly frustrating.
To make matters worse, the staff were dismissive and rude, showing no consideration for our situation. The hotel itself had an unpleasant smell upon arrival and felt very dingy overall. I was relieved to be able to cancel our booking and leave.
I've had issues in the past as well, and my previous complaints were not taken seriously. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and respectful stay.

Very clean hotel and the staff is so welcoming. It is very well located - near to the city center and shops. A sure value 👌.

One star less for location and one star less for the condition of hotel. Location is basically outside the Marrakech city centre and have to book a taxi each time (no free shuttle available, as claimed before) Regarding the condition of hotel, the rooms are very basic (that’s okay ) but the window locks, door locks, light bulbs, showers are faulty, so is the cleanliness in the corridors unfortunately. Staff is nice though and hotel has got a good size outdoor pool.
