Wonderful experience!
The room was spotless and comfortable. The staff were welcoming and always ready to help, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The location was convenient and made it easy to get around.

Due to a flight cancellation by EasyJet, I had to cancel my hotel booking via Booking.com: for a night booked at the end of April, not only is Ibis Hotel Marrakech refusing to refund the full cost (in March), but they are also not answering the phone or responding in any way. I would absolutely not recommend either the service provided by Ibis Marrakech or that of Booking.com. Complete disregard – sorry, but that’s unacceptable! Taking money for services not provided is unacceptable.

First Impressions Really Do Count
I had a very late check-in around 2:00 am, but I was greeted with a warm welcome by an older gentleman whom I called Ozzy. He helped me to my room when my key wouldn’t work. The younger man who processed my payment was equally hospitable and complimentary. The breakfast was varied, with some really nice options. The staff were attentive and poured my first tea in Morocco. I believe first impressions really count when it comes to service. I would recommend a stay at Marrakech Centre Gare.
