Nestled at the very heart of Marrakech's palm oasis, the hotel is located just 13 km from the Koutoubia Mosque and famous Djemaa el Fna square. Menara Airport is 15 km away. Surrounded by the peaceful gardens of olive and palm trees extending over 4 hectares, the complex blends modern architecture and traditional Moroccan elements. The sumptuously decorated rooms and suites offer incredible views over a sparkling pool, the artificial lake and the magnificent Atlas Mountains. Guests will be taken by flavourful dishes served at 2 restaurants. Afterwards they may have a drink from one of the on-site bars. The youngest ones will delight in kids' club while adults pamper themselves at spa equipped with Hammam, sauna and gym. Further leisure facilities include outdoor pool, paddling pool, sun loungers, aerobics, badminton, tennis. Travellers arriving by car may avail for on-site parking.
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.

Generally the reviews for this hotel are favourable but a few found fault in pretty much everything ….. if you read those reviews ….. ignore! This hotel is brilliant value for money, yes the rooms are pretty standard but everything else is amazing! The food selection is huge in the buffet, the staff are the most friendly accommodating people we have met on our travels & the hotel is immaculate! What else could you ask for. We rarely go to the same hotel twice but this one is the exception. Flew home last night & booking again tonight! Oh & Ive never known such a comprehensive entertainment programme, the team were amazing!!

4 star hotel with 5 star staff
This is an amazing hotel. We arrived in Marrakech and originally checked into another hotel that was definitely not a 4 star hotel. We changed to this hotel and this was the best decision we made. Upon arrival guest services looked after us. We were given welcome drinks and cool flannels for our face. We were welcomed and explained about the hotel. Then shown to our room. The room was spacious, airy, light and clean. The food was amazing and something for everyone. With being all inclusive some things were the same but everyday the meat, fish and salads changed. We spent time by the main pool and never had to fight for a sun lounger. Toilets by the pool were very clean and the additional of pool service for drinks was a nice touch. We used the food truck once for lunch but preferred the main restaurant. Nit that it wasn't nice but we are not really snack food people. The amount of activities this hotel offers is amazing we did archery, pottery, ping-pong, bowls, watched cooking classes. There. Is also a free shuttle bus to take you into Marrakech which I recommend. This hotel made what would of been a terrible holiday into a totally amazing hotel. All the staff are friendly, happy and can't do enough to help. Guest services were amazing and checked in on us every day to see if we were happy or needed anything. Thank you for a great experience.

One of the best Hotels ever.

What an absolutely amazing experience! My stay at this hotel was nothing short of magical from beginning to end. From the moment I arrived, I was welcomed with genuine hospitality by the front desk staff and the entire team, who consistently went above and beyond to make my stay unforgettable.
The food was outstanding, offering a wide variety of delicious dishes to suit every taste. Every meal was a pleasure, and the restaurant staff were exceptional—always friendly, attentive, and serving guests with warm smiles and a positive attitude.
The pool area was one of the highlights of the resort. There were plenty of activities throughout the day to keep everyone entertained, creating a fun and lively atmosphere. The poolside open bar was fantastic, offering unlimited refreshing drinks, both non-alcoholic and alcoholic, making every moment even more enjoyable.
The entertainment continued into the evening with great music, a vibrant dance floor, and an incredible atmosphere that brought guests together for memorable nights filled with fun and laughter.
This hotel exceeded all my expectations. The combination of outstanding service, excellent food, great entertainment, and a welcoming atmosphere made for a truly unforgettable vacation. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a perfect getaway. Once you stay here, you'll leave with wonderful memories and a desire to return again and again.
Brilliant holiday
We were pleasantly surprised from the very beginning until the end of our holiday. This hotel is truly made by its people, and the entire staff was amazing – always kind, friendly, and helpful😊🥰🥰🥰 A special thank you to the animation team. Moaad was incredibly humble, funny, and always made us smile. Najwa was full of positive energy and made every activity enjoyable. The evening entertainment team put on fantastic shows every night, and Eamee, who leads the animation team, is such a positive, enthusiastic person who creates a wonderful atmosphere. The food was delicious, with a great variety every day, and the hotel was always clean. We felt welcomed and well looked after throughout our stay. Thank you to everyone for making our holiday so special. We would happily come back and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a fantastic vacation!
Dropped to 3 star dissapointed
W stayed in June 2026 booked as a 4 star but it felt more like a 3 star. 2nd visit to this hotel. Positives....Staff were lovely and the gardens are beutifully kept. Negatives....It has become honestly like a little Benidorm, noisy and tired. Food was extremly repetitive and bland. Hotel itself tired and has not been kept to a 4 star standard it claims especially the bathrooms. Very dissapointed , would not return .
