Surrounded by the peaceful gardens of olive and palm trees extending over 4 hectares, the complex blends modern architecture and traditional Moroccan elements. The sumptuously decorated rooms and suites offer incredible views over a sparkling pool, the artificial lake and the magnificent Atlas Mountains. Guests will be taken by flavourful dishes served at 2 restaurants. Afterwards they may have a drink from one of the on-site bars. The youngest ones will delight in kids' club while adults pamper themselves at spa equipped with Hammam, sauna and gym. Further leisure facilities include outdoor pool, paddling pool, sun loungers, aerobics, badminton, tennis. Travellers arriving by car may avail for on-site parking.
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.

Best Hotel in Marrakesh!
The best hotel I have ever been to by far. Our experience at this hotel was absolutely exceptional. Every single member of staff was amazing from the girls at the reception to the kitchen staff and chefs to the entertainers they were all so incredibly hospitable and friendly and genuinely make you feel welcome and appreciated. The hotel is amazing there is nothing you would want that they dont have. I will 100% be coming back in the future and recommend this place to everyone! Thank you to everyone at Iberostar Palmarie you all are amazing!

Terrible hotel
This hotel is nothing like advertised, I can't say the words I want too say about the staff, utterly disrespectful towards the English.
For example, it was a ladies birthday and did everything in there power not sing happy birthday, oh ye they didn't.
The entertainment during the day and night is nothing like advertised, kids disco none existent, only adult water aerobics was done in pool with odd game of water polo.
The kids club well where do we go, my granddaughter walked in, no acknowledgement from staff, place was very empty, I.e no games to play. I can't write the words except it was disgusting.
The advertised shuttle bus into marakesh didn't, stopped short so you had to get a taxi the rest off the way.
The food was cold or uncooked, lack of choices, basically the same food everyday, the kids area was just chocolate and croissants, ice cream that hard I couldn't even scoop it out for my granddaughter.
Where do I start about the pool area, staff totally ignored us unless you paid them, kids urinating in the pool from the sides and pooing in it, staff did nothing until a family complained to them.
Pool drinks and food bar where just full off wasps, staff very rarely cleaned the sides, the off the burger bar doesn't show how many wasps there was every day.
Got to stop now as I could go on all night, needless to say we won't ever be going to this so call 5 star hotel

Just got back from a fantastic week at this hotel very friendly and clean the only thing is we looked for the kids disco at the time it stated but it was no where to be found the entertainment didnt start till 9.45 which was to late for her. Also could do with more signs in English on the food but all in all it was fantastic thankyou xx

I love this hotel so much because i have so many memories there i became in my honeymoon and know i visited with my children's . good service good ambiance , friendly and helpfull teams ; like "Pedro" the photographe and the cutiest smily ♡NAJWA♡ that all of kids love her because she take care of them then the mummies have some time to enjoy haha
