Nestled at the very heart of Marrakech's palm oasis, the hotel is located just 13 km from the Koutoubia Mosque and famous Djemaa el Fna square. Menara Airport is 15 km away. Surrounded by the peaceful gardens of olive and palm trees extending over 4 hectares, the complex blends modern architecture and traditional Moroccan elements. The sumptuously decorated rooms and suites offer incredible views over a sparkling pool, the artificial lake and the magnificent Atlas Mountains. Guests will be taken by flavourful dishes served at 2 restaurants. Afterwards they may have a drink from one of the on-site bars. The youngest ones will delight in kids' club while adults pamper themselves at spa equipped with Hammam, sauna and gym. Further leisure facilities include outdoor pool, paddling pool, sun loungers, aerobics, badminton, tennis. Travellers arriving by car may avail for on-site parking.
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.

Lovely stay here!
Really enjoyable stay here having never visited Morocco before. Two teenagers loved it and are keen to go back, we’re not usually a family that returns anywhere but would definitely consider going back here!!
Location. Pretty remote, about 40 minute private transfer from the airport. 25-30 mins from Marrakech main town. We only left the hotel twice, once on an excursion and the second on an A/C coach into town that the hotel provide free of charge.
Food. Really good, lots of variety, plenty of tables. Beer tap in food hall is a bit temperamental but not a major issue. Wine is from bottles left in ice buckets so not from a machine. Moroccan restaurant was nice, very filling and very authentic food that you pre-order.
Facilities. Pool was great, no need to wake up at 5am for an sunbed, beds available all through the day. ‘Zen’ pool was very nice, over 16’s only.
The entire staff were really good and friendly. Lots of fun round the pool throughout the day. Lots of variety throughout the week, Cocktail evening around the pool, MJ tribute evening, ‘White’ party around The Zen Pool….lots of thought and planning has clearly gone into keeping everybody entertained.
Overall, a really positive stay here, would definitely recommend!
Always a pleasure to come back
We’ve been coming back to Iberostar Palmeraie for many years now and it’s always a pleasure to return. What we really appreciate is that they keep improving the resort year after year, the gardens, the pools, the restaurants and the overall facilities have all got better over time and you can tell the management is continuously investing to keep the place looking fresh and well maintained.
A big part of that is down to the leadership of Walid, the General Manager, he’s very hands-on, always present around the hotel checking on service, food and the overall guest experience. You can tell he cares deeply about the standards and it shows in the way the whole team works.
The staff remain friendly and helpful, the atmosphere is relaxed and everything just works smoothly. It’s one of those resorts where you feel comfortable the moment you arrive and that’s why we keep choosing it. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a reliable, high-quality stay in Marrakech. We’ll definitely be back again, see you next year or sooner.

Excellent service
Just returned from Iberostar Marrakech. From arrival the service we received was excellent. Asked to sit in the reception area rather than check in, standing at the desk, the receptionist bought to us paper work and our keys. Whilst checking in Bouchra the guest relations manager, came over to welcome us. I have been to many hotels around the world and never had this level of welcome from a manager, you only ever see them if there are problems. She was always visible throughout the day and at dinner to check in on guests.
Rooms were comfy and clean, they were always serviced before we returned to freshen up for lunch. Once we had no bath towels left, not a problem, the maid was available on the corridor and sorted this out straight away. In other hotels were this has happened you can be waiting for hours. She also asked us everyday if we needed anything.
We travelled with our teen daughters. They enjoyed the pool and the pool activities. A shout to the entertainment team, who were always on the go and chatted to all guests, Moad in particular, always chatting and encouraging involvement in activities.
As for the food, always a good variety to suit everyone, outside there is also a BBQ. A variety of drinks were available at all meal times. There were freshly made smoothies, Moroccan tea at break fast time as well as other juices and hot drinks. Beer, Red, white, rose at dinner and lunch, along with your usual soft drinks. Bar staff were pretty quick at serving drinks, another shout out to the staff serving a5 the Angiers bar. All good and drink areas are constantly being cleaned and kept tidy. Staff do not stop.
The free hotel shuttle bus into the centre is convenient, although drops you about 25 minute walk from the souks We chose to use a taxi on other visits into the centre. Kamal he has the only green taxi outside that waits outside the hotel. He dropped us off and when we’d finished shopping whatsapped him to pick us up.
On our last day Bouchra came to see us off. The level of customer service in this hotel is excellent and wouldn’t hesitate to return.

Best holiday ever!!!
I honestly don’t know where to begin. First of all, I’d just like to say that this was the best holiday myself and my family have had. As we pulled into the gates, I was absolutely stunned at the appearance. We were greeted by the very friendly reception staff and given fresh lemonade. The hotel was absolutely immaculate. Including the reception, restaurant area, the pool and our rooms. Management are constantly around which I think is great, always checking that everyone is happy. Each and every one of the staff were so friendly and made such a fuss over the children. I honestly couldn’t fault them at all. Lots of interaction around the pool area, great music. A lifeguard at the splash park, so children were well looked after. The kids club, the girls worked in there were very friendly & my children loved going there on a morning! The food was lovely, however I didn’t think there was much of a variety for children other than chicken nuggets, chips and pizza. The rooms were cleaned daily. Aircon worked great in our rooms. One thing I did love was the water fountains in the corridors, where you could fill bottles up with fresh water for the room. The entertainment staff were fantastic! Although the entertainment did start quite late, around 21:30-21-45 which isn’t ideal when you have younger children. There didn’t seem to be a kids disco either? A white party was held around the adult pool which was absolutely fantastic. Great atmosphere, live music and entertainment. There are some cats/ kittens around who are well looked after by the hotel which I think is a really lovely touch. The hotel grounds were just breathtaking! Great location, taxis outside for going to the souks etc. A lovely park area for the children too. We were very sad to leave! 7 nights just didn’t feel enough, we would love to return in the future. Also a special mention to the rep, Uness for always going above & beyond for my family! Such a kind man.
