Amazing hotel
Amazing service! The staff are so welcoming, and the entertainment team are absolutely fantastic—friendly, full of energy, and always making everyone feel included. They really made our stay special. We’re definitely coming back!

A great Hotel and fantastic staff
We stayed for ten nights at this wonderful hotel that is one of the cleanest and well maintained hotels we have ever stayed at. We had read the reviews of this hotel prior to our trip and although they were mostly very positive the odd review mentioned issues with the food in regards to quality and choice. We have to say that in our experience the food was tasty and varied and with the added bonus of the zest bar and coffee shop you could always get a cuppa and a pastry throughout the day as well. We didn’t go ahead with our bookings for the Italian restaurant and Mediterranean restaurant due to comments about the food quality from other guests but I’m sure this is something the hotel management could review. Special thanks to the animation team (Hiba,diva, mehdi,ismail,hamza and of course Tommy). They were brilliant, engaging and funny, they certainly added to our holiday! Overall we had a great time and adding excursions to the desert, quad biking and tripsinto the centre of Marrakesh all added to a great holiday … Chris and Caroline
Great stay
I had a lovely experience! The team was incredibly friendly and welcoming, with such warm and positive energy that made my stay even more enjoyable. On top of that, the hotel was very clean, well-maintained, and pleasant. Overall, a wonderful experience, and I would happily recommend it!
