This resort was 10 out 10. The facilities, staff, cleanliness, location and surroundings were perfect for a holiday.
Exellent but maybe a little pricey....
We stayed at the Royal Palm on a whim after seeing it from the golf course when we were here in March. Check in was a breeze, and we were given a second floor Atlas and Golf view room to help celebrate an Anniversary. The room as HUGE and soooo comfortable - huge balcony with a not quite front on view of the golf course and mountains. Beautifully decorated with cake, dates and soft drinks.
The not quite so good bits: Well, to be honest not many. We are used to high prices but even so 80 Dm for a small local beer and 70 for a very small bottle of coke seemed a little steep. We also found the choices for eating slightly restricted - the new restaurant being built at the Golf Clubhouse will no doubt help.
The good bits: Whilst not quite having the full front view of the golf and mountains, the room was fantastic: very, very large, and very private. Very well serviced - the staff were eager to please and friendly. The pool area and sunbeds were extensive, and there was a lovely quiet pool at the Fitness Centre that was perfect. Breakfast was extensive with good choices - it was even better when the 'Egg Station' was opened. Le Bar was really, really good - had a nice meal there one evening and the vibe was never less than superb. Great meal on our last night in Capricci (thank you Chef Tino, Said, Adous, Ilyass, Yassine and Morad). Much thanks also to Meriame and Assia in Al Ain - lovely warm and friendly service. And we were provided with a substantial and good bagged breakfast on our last day as we had to leave before breakfast officially started at 7am - very much appreciated. The Golf Course - very. very good even after having been closed for maintenance for several weeks. Well worth playing.
Lastly - the staff. Fantastic. Maha and all Guest Relations could not do enough for us: thanks you all so much. Apologies if I haven't mentioned everyone.......
Would we go back ? If we ever returned to Marrakech any hotel would have to be very good before we looked past The Fairmont...
Absolutely Great Experience
We spend 6 days, with 3 couples, at the Fairmont and it was absolutely pure excellence. The staff is extremely nice, great atmosphere and very service oriented, the rooms as magnificent, clean and well maintained and the location is very comfortable, just 30 min to the Medina. One of the best places I have stayed ever.
Golf course is also nice and challenging.
We will be back!

A true Paradise
My stay at Fairmont Royal Palm Marrakesh was absolutely wonderful. It is different world- peaceful, elegant and surrounded by incredible natural beauty. The greenery throughout the resort is simply breathtaking. The swimming pool is spectacular, and the entire atmosphere around is incredibly relaxing. The combination of the gardens, flowers, sunshine and architecture makes this place feel like a real oasis. The service, elegance and attention to detail completed the experience perfectly. The breakfast was absolutely fantastic. The rooms are very spacious, beautifully designed and equipped with everything you could need for a comfortable and luxurious stay. The hotel is located about 15 minutes by car from the center of Marrakesh and the Airport. The entire hotel was spotlessly clean. I had an amazing stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

A Beautiful Stay in Marrakech
We absolutely loved our stay at the Fairmont Royal Palm Marrakech! The hotel is beautiful, but what really made our experience special was the amazing service and wonderful staff. We felt so welcomed and truly enjoyed every moment of our stay. ❤️
