Incredible hotel, staff and overall amenities . Friendly and kind , relaxing environment . Perfect for families of all ages . Super high end without the snooty attitude. Rebooked already .
Excellent service, Asia was fantastic and the food was delicious. Made us feel very special. Would definitely recommend.
Fantastic location, staff extremely helpful an kind, would 100% visit again.
We’ve had a fantastic experience from start to finish. Even before we arrived, the communication from the resort was excellent, and check-in set the tone for the rest of our stay. Alaa greeted us warmly and quickly sorted out a small reservation issue without any hassle.
What has really stood out is the consistency of the service. Every member of the team we’ve come across has been genuinely friendly and helpful. The breakfast staff always welcomed us with a smile, housekeeping did an excellent job each day, and the concierge and bellmen were always happy to help with directions, transportation, and getting us on the shuttle. Around the pool, the staff regularly checked on us and made sure we had umbrellas and everything we needed to stay comfortable.
A special mention goes to Chaimaa, the Housekeeping Supervisor. She took the time to make sure we were well looked after throughout our stay, and her attention to detail and genuine care did not go unnoticed.
As for the resort itself, it’s exceptional. We travel quite a bit and, as Marriott Bonvoy Titanium members, we’ve stayed at many luxury hotels around the world. This Fairmont has easily earned a place among our top three favorites. The rooms are spacious and beautifully designed, the bathrooms are huge, the villas are stunning, and the entire property captures the beauty and character of traditional Moroccan architecture. It feels luxurious while still giving you a real sense of being in Morocco, which made our stay even more memorable.
Disappointing from start to finish. Inadequate seating by the pool. Despite there supposedly being a children’s area there were children and inflatables everywhere and no defined adults quiet zone. Pool service was very poor.
No free water by the pool, despite 40 degrees temperature. Each bottle cost 10 euros. Food in the Al Ain restaurant was expensive and we were served raw meat. Breakfast chaotic, very average buffet, with birds flying around inside the restaurant. The hotel is remote - no shops, restaurants anywhere near. Taxis in to town cost 20 euros. Management were dismissive and rude.
Our bill was inflated artificially and I had to bargain with them to get them to reduce it to close to the rate I had in my confirmation email.
Couldn’t wait to leave. Cannot recommend and would not return. This was not a 5 star experience.
