In addition the hotel has a SPA corner and sports activities are available. The hotel offers children an adventure playground. All rooms individual temperature controllers. Standard fittings include an en-suite bathroom with a separate toilet.
Very good spa experience. I had the hammam.
Good hotel with a great location, but it was very busy and that you have to pay more than x20 the original price for water bottles. We had forgotten a coat at the reception and when we came looking for it the next morning, the reception have said that its nowhere to be found. So beware of your belongings and come well packed (water and towels!!)
Positives- Beautiful grounds, excellent location, taxis always out front, friendly staff, several dining options, good breakfast buffet with good hours until 1030, different areas on property to relax, many pool side loungers/chairs/sofas. Money exchange ( one way) on site was a decent enough rate. Poolside rooms have a lovely balcony with table/two chairs
Negatives- very firm beds/ pillows, older property in need of refresh, shower water lukewarm, pool though huge was nearly 100% deep causing everyone to hang out on the steps ( no standing ledge surrounding inside of pool) Bottom line .. next time I would explore other options near this hotel
I had two completely different experiences at this hotel, and unfortunately, the second one completely changed my opinion.
I stayed for one night, and my experience with the morning reception team was outstanding. The lady from Casablanca and the gentleman from Fez were incredibly professional, welcoming, respectful, and genuinely kind. They made me feel valued as a guest from the moment I arrived. I would also like to thank the three doormen/bellmen, who were always smiling, helpful, and very professional. They truly represent the hospitality that every hotel should offer.
After checking out this morning, I returned around 6:00 PM because my meetings in Marrakech were not finished, so I wanted to book another room for one more night.
Unfortunately, the evening experience was the complete opposite.
The supervisor on duty (I don’t know her name, but she was wearing a different uniform from the rest of the reception team) was extremely rude. She rolled her eyes, spoke with an unpleasant attitude, and made me feel completely unwelcome. As someone working at the front desk, your attitude is often the first and last impression guests have of the hotel, and this behavior is simply unacceptable.
The receptionist beside her was genuinely trying to help me, but she kept interrupting. Yesterday I paid 800 MAD for the room, and just a couple of hours after checking out, I was told the exact same room would cost 960 MAD. I understand that hotel rates can change, but what disappointed me wasn’t only the price—it was the way the situation was handled.
I have many years of experience in the luxury hospitality industry, so I know the standards that guests should receive. Respect, professionalism, and kindness cost nothing.
Because of the attitude I experienced, I decided to leave and book another hotel instead.
My sincere thanks again to the wonderful morning team and the doormen—you are a real asset to this hotel.
My advice to the management is to pay closer attention to the evening reception team, especially the supervisor’s approach to guests. Great hospitality is not only about beautiful rooms; it is about how people are treated.
Today, you didn’t just lose a room booking—you lost a guest who was ready to stay another night and who would have happily recommended your hotel to others.
I expect a lot more from a 4 star hotel. Arrived at 1.30 told you can’t check in till 2.00 (not an issue) came back at 2.35 told nope not yet. 3.25 I was allowed check in 5 members of staff behind the counter, you had to go to one to check in another for payment then another to get room key. In the room no Tv remote. Room phone not working. Went down in the evening to see how can I order room service as the phones broken so they give you a number to text (no a problem) I texted my order with room details. 45 mins pass and still no confirmation weather the order was picked up. Went to reception to ask they said they would ring , they didn’t pick up asked me to ring them from my phone still no answer then said can you go to the restaurant find a member of staff to ask them (5 staff still behind the counter). Went to restaurant the 3 person I asked says yes we have you order I asked why did didn’t confirm it with a reply he laughs. Just so messy loads of staff haven’t a clue how to make your stay better
