Surrounded by beautiful Andalusian-style landscaped gardens, this hotel enjoys magnificent views to the Atlas mountain range. Downtown Marrakesh can be reached within a 20 minutes' drive. Menara - Marrakech Airport is only 5 km away. A perfect place for couples and families with children. It perfectly combines wonderful Moorish architecture based on palaces of the tenth century with twenty-first century amenities. Features include an adjacent fantastic water park, as well as a relaxing spa area. Some restaurant and all Spa services are with supplement. The suites feature modern decor and include appliances and a bathroom inside.

I never expected the 5* experience but i did expected more.
The food leaves a lot to be desired, no variation, often cold, slow to replenish. Melamine plates aren’t cleared and as a result birds are flying in and out of the restaurant. We found it less stressful to eat outside, felt less crowded. There was no table service (again expected in a 5*) - although this did improve in the last few days as the hotel got quieter. Even little things like cutlery varied from table to table and plastic spoons only at breakfast.
Drinks were syrup based with local brand spirits, very limited menu. Would have been nice to have some changes in the evening to the menu. Everyone loves an expresso martini. No drinks service round the pool however pool bar staff were great.
The water park, a great addition as main pool did get busy at times however there are restrictions on a number of the slides and some can only be described as a death trap! You come down so fast, you take off and come back down with a bang!! There were at least two incidents where people were being let down to quick resulting in people going into each other. Splash park looking tired and the bucket stopped working but that did not stop kids enjoying it. Plastic sunbeds many of which were broken. Foam party a blast!
Hotel grounds are lovely, so well maintained and clean. Staff fantastic, the entertainment team are great. Didn’t do any of the football which was a shame as it clashed with the shows. Would be good to have this on a little earlier in the day.
Best advice, don’t avoid this hotel just go with the right expectations.

Perfect Stay, Outstanding Staff
We had an absolutely perfect stay at this hotel. Special thanks to Yahya, the duty manager, whose professionalism, attentiveness, and dedication to service really stood out during our stay. Thank you to the whole team for such an exceptional welcome — we’ll definitely be back!

Our stay at Delta Hotels by Marriott Marrakech was truly special. We came as guests, but we left feeling like we had made wonderful new friends.
From the moment we arrived, Ayoub and Anouar at the front desk welcomed us with such genuine warmth and kindness. They were always there to help, always smiling, and made us feel comfortable from day one.
A very special thank you to Yassine, the Restaurant Manager. My daughter and I are both gluten-free, and Yassine went above and beyond to make sure we were looked after. He took the time to understand our needs, made sure we had safe and delicious choices, and always checked that everything was okay. His kindness and care meant more to us than he probably realises. ❤️
We also want to thank Asma and Ismail, from restaurant,who were absolutely wonderful. They were always so attentive, friendly, and ready to help. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and their genuine kindness made every day that little bit more special.
The hotel itself is beautiful, comfortable, clean, and welcoming, but for us, it was the people who made the experience unforgettable.
It’s rare to find a team who make you feel so genuinely cared for. We will remember not only the beautiful memories of Marrakech, but also the wonderful people who helped make our stay so enjoyable.

The best Hotel in Marakesh, imparagonabile
The only place I have visited 3 times
I just returned from my 3rd visit here and I have never visited the same place 3 times before, so this really tells you how special this place is for me.
Firstly, the best improvement this hotel has made is by choosing Laila to be apart of their guest relations team. Wow!
She was so friendly, happy and well presented from the first moment she introduced herself to the very end. She was always around the hotel talking to everyone, but she made you feel like you were the only person that was important to her. She was really helpful at helping with some small problems we had during our stay, nothing seemed too big of a problem for Laila to help with.
I am really glad that we got to meet Laila and think that she is an asset to the team!
All of the staff were just as friendly as before, with everyone giving you their attention, especially Yassine again at the pool bar!
This hotel really is a pleasure to visit. Yes, it could use some maintenance to improve the rooms and small things around the hotel, but I really do love this place.
