The medina is 2 kms away and it is 70 kms to Oukaimeden. Marrakech Airport is just 4 kms from the hotel. This hotel is built in style of traditional Moroccan houses and riads and combines this traditional element with convenient facilities for its guests. The lines and warm colours of the hotel interiors mix Zellige Fassi, marble and mosaics and offer a true haven of peace. There is parking available for those arriving by car. At the spa centre guests can enjoy a real traditional Hammam beauty ritual. This city hotel comprises rooms spread over several floors as well as a garden and a terrace.

Lovely hotel ...good location ... clean The spa is amazing . Food is basic buffet food but enough to find something to eat. The pool guy works so hard and looks after you so well
Only niggle is the bar guy ... quite rude On one occasion he said to my sister take menu over to your sister as shes beautiful and i want to talk to her so ill come take your order.. he came over i didnt speak to him as cross and he didnt take my sisters order ... i had to wait til he left the bar to go order .. he also forgets to give you change ( very conviently ) use card
But all in all i would reccomend

Just Okay for a One-Night Stay
The property is near shopping areas and several restaurants. It has an old charm aesthetic. It was clean. A Nespresso coffee machine was in the room but no coffee or water. No iron or ironing board, and no air conditioning in some central areas. The first time I got a smile from staff was at checkout. I wouldn’t recommend against it but I was glad that we spent only one night. Breakfast was good but my friends complained about the other food.

We stayed here for 3 nights during October.
The location of the Hotel is great,just a 15 minute drive from the Airport. The staff were just ok not particularlyfriendly, the swimming pool was very warm and the entrance area in the Hotel was typically Moroccan and pretty.
When we arrivied to our room, it was very clean but sadly coffee or tea isn't provided, nor spoons! When we kindly asked at reception for a spoon they said they would get the cleaner to drop one in but we didn't receive one.
We were so disappointed with the breakfast.
No fresh fruit, not a single glass for the orange juice when asked it took 15 mins, there were only 3 mugs for hot drinks which were very chipped and cracked, spillages on the floor, and generally hardly any selection it was very odd (we got to the breakfast room at 8am) and it wasn't busy, the salad bits were dry and nothing to get them out with.
WiFi doesn't reach the 3rd floor at all, we bought a mobile data package, there were 6 floors in the Hotel.
Be aware of people following you when you leave the Hotel, pretending to be staff. The mountains and waterfalls are worth a visit, but it was a 3 hour direct drive from this particular Hotel.

Great location
I chose this hotel because of its excellent location, and it fully met my expectations. It is situated in the heart of Marrakech, close to the train station, markets, and shopping centres. There are also plenty of restaurants and cafés nearby.
The hotel is a little dated and could benefit from some renovation. However, the staff are friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. One minor disappointment was that dinner was served without water. On the positive side, I really enjoyed the live entertainment.
Thank you to all the staff for making my stay enjoyable, especially the hardworking housekeeping team, who did a wonderful job throughout my stay.

Wow!!!!! Amazing hotel fab decor and spotless!!! Spa area immaculate 5 star , ✨✨✨✨✨ ,pool was fab gorge shaded areas if you wanted too keep from heat ,staff were all fantastic great work ethic and lovely chilled relaxed vibes perfect 👍,,,our room. was amazing everything we needed ,,,, ☕ n tea ☕🍵 kettle, fridge which was ideal,,,great decor floors wer impeccable an mhaith!!!! Too the cleaners here dey are amazing!!!!!!!! ,,,,loved situation in central location and taxis were great service great prices ,,,close too medina and souks here in the diwane so everything on ur door step !!!!!
