Great location. 15 minute walk to the main square or 5 mins in a taxi. Friendly staff from start to finish.
Fatima (housekeeper) was honestly amazing. She would be one of the reasons I came back. Every day she greated us with a smile (and fresh towels) spent time to see if we needed anything. When my other half was ill she was helpful in telling us what to ask for at the pharmacy.
The breakfast was nice and we eat at the hotel 2 nights and both the international Buffett and the traditional Moroccan food were both superb.
We got upgraded to the Dellarosa Suite which was a lovely surprise
Can’t wait to come back.

Dellarosa staff -Toufik, Soufiane and Kawtar - is nice and efficient; we appreciated the help to solve a personal issue.
It was a short but very pleasant stay while in Marrakech as part of our tour in Morocco. The hotel is comfortable, with a very nice infrastructure, excellent breakfast and very good restaurant.

Perfect Location Great Food & Wonderful Staff
My wife and I had a wonderful stay at this hotel during our first visit to Marrakech. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and ideally located close to the old city while still being right in the city centre, making it easy to explore everything Marrakech has to offer. The food was delicious and the service was excellent throughout our stay. A special thank you to Fouad, who was always smiling, friendly and a pleasure to talk to. He gave us some great recommendations for places to visit in Marrakech, which made our trip even more enjoyable. A fantastic experience overall and we would happily recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Marrakech.

Great and for coming back
Was very satisfied with the lovely and warm welcome. All staff are great and smiling. I would like to mention specially Yussef in door that helped me so much. Also Tarik from the breakfast that helped me as disabled with heart. Also Soffian from reception. The atmosphere in the hotel is good. A Wonderful Experience in Marrakech
What a fantastic experience! The hotel has a wonderful atmosphere, and everyone is genuinely friendly and welcoming. We really enjoyed the rooftop with its beautiful views, the relaxing pool, and the delicious food with plenty of choices. A special thank you to Fouad in the restaurant for his kindness, positive attitude, and excellent service. He made every meal even more enjoyable. This has been a truly memorable experience, and I hope to visit again in the future.❤️
