Fantastic oasis in the best location of Marrakech!
Dar Ihssane was perfect for us (three adults, two infants). it was spotlessly clean, peaceful, beautifully decorated, breakfast was great, friendly staff members, and fantastic location!!! Make sure to have dinner there - best food we had in Marrakech! We will definitely stay at Dar Ihssane again!

Lovely Riad in an amazing location
This is a very beautiful traditional style Riad right in the heart of the old part of Marrakech. The location is amazing, right in the centre of all the hustle and bustle - but once you step inside the Riad everything’s quiet, calm and clean.
The family was very friendly and went out of their way to help us sort out our transfer back to the airport. We felt very welcome.
We had a room with an attached shower and toilet. Everything was very clean, and the lovely Moroccan patterns and features at the Riad was one of the best things for me about our short holiday. The WiFi was good.
Breakfast was pleasant and eaten outside in the central courtyard. This was lovely, although it gets cold in November, so bring a coat!
I would absolutely recommend this Riad, it was lovely and fantastic value for money.

Great location
A lovely little riad just a few minutes walk from the main square. The staff are friendly and helpful. Basic breakfast is included. It is an unbelievably quiet place so maybe not the best option for everyone. The rooftop could do with a little work as it has great potential. But maybe it wasn't being used so much due to the time of year. If you want to stay somewhere that's peaceful after the hustle and bustle I can recommend a stay here. There's no TV in the room but there is one in a public area. Rooms are spotless and there's always plenty of hot water. Excursions can be organised by reception

Excellent house made an excellent holiday
From the start to the end the stay was lovely. Let alone each room being spotless the entire duration, the staff were hospitable and the crepes at breakfast were to die for. Although the hum of the prayer is inescapable, enjoying the Moroccan culture from the comfort of Riad Dar Ihssane’s terrace was wonderful.

We had the most wonderful stay in this Riad, the staff were charming, helpful and fun, the breakfast was super tasty and plentiful. This Riad is located in (my opinion) the best area within the medina, near lots of the lovely restaurants and the souks. Thank you everyone see you sooooooon….PS Ahmed you have very good taste in music ⭐️
