Dating back to 1920 this charming boutique property welcomes its guests to a wonderful patio and garden, featuring exotic flora and a pleasant atmosphere. Located in a particularly peaceful and verdant district of the Medina, it is only a 10-minute walk from Djemaa el Fna square. The bus station is around a 5-minute walk away and the train station roughly 15 minutes. The touristic centre of Gueliz and the Koutoubia Mosque can both be reached within a 5 minute walk and offer the perfect destinations for sightseeing or shopping. The beautiful Menara Gardens are around 20 minutes' walk away and provide welcomed escape from the warm and noisy city. The hotel's lounge is the perfect spot for relaxing at the end of the day, where guests can enjoy a cooling drink and a quiet conversation. There is an outdoor swimming pool available for refreshing and unwinding.
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.

Beautiful garden oasis
My boyfriend and I had the pleasure of staying here on the 19th October and from the moment we arrived we were greeted and made to feel extremely welcome. We found the Riad easy to find and exactly as described, it was a beautiful and tranquil garden oasis.
Omar was so professional, good conversation and the breakfast was the best we’ve had during our stay in Morocco, especially the chocolate crêpes, My only regret was that we were only there for one night as a recharge after an Atlas Mountains trek as wish we had stayed here longer.
Perfect place to stay
Perfect place to stay. Omar, Reda , and the charming ladies in the kitchen and housekeeping areas make this Riad a real home from home. Nothing is too much trouble. The rooms are comfortable, clean, well heated, and have great en suite showers. Beds are very comfortable with high class linens.Public areas beautifully furnished with artworks and luxuriant plants. Nice Moroccan breakfast. The Riad is very conveniently situated for all the attractions. We really loved our stay in this Riad and highly recommend it
10/10 Riad with parking
This place is a dream! Located just on the outskirts of the heart of Marrakech, this riad is a jem. It's walking distance to all the souks and the Medina. The huge plus for us was that they had parking on site that was couldn't have been any more convenient. The staff was absolutely 5 stars and the rooms were super clean and comfortable.
Perfect Riad.
Lovely Riad well located in west of Medina. Pleasant rooftop and courtyard areas. Helpful and friendly staff with good tips for shopping (craft Centre cooperative just round the corner) and restaurants/ bars. Clean rooms, hot showers and WiFi!

Wonderful stay and great location
Wonderful experience at this riad which is located on the edge of the Medina, easy walk to souks. Omar greeted us and made sure that we were comfortable and happy 😊. He was especially helpful in finding a tour guide for our private walking tour of the area when ours canceled at the last minute, and hailing taxis and suggesting restaurants for us to try within easy walking distance. Four of us were given our own private apartment which was one of the Riad houses, with 4 bedrooms, 2ba, and a comfortable sitting area. It was very private and comfortable for us. We also enjoyed sitting poolside in the center of the riad, listening to the birds as the sun filtered through the lush greenery. Breakfast was decent and the bread was great, as it is all over Morocco. All in all, a wonderful stay.
