Conveniently situated near Agdal Gardens and the ramparts of the city with a bus station around 50 m away, the hotel is a 10- minute walk from the famous square Djemaa el Fna. Built in 2016, the air-conditioned property comprises 120 rooms and welcomes guests in a lobby with 24-hour reception and check-out service. Facilities offered to guests include a children's playground, café, bar and a restaurant. In addition, Internet access and a laundry service are provided. All rooms are equipped with independent air- conditioning, satellite/cable TV and a mini-bar. They also offer an en- suite bathroom and a balcony or terrace. An outdoor swimming pool is also available.
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.

I have been in catering business at sea for many years so I know what i am taking about , this place is the worst place I have ever stayed at .. The place needs a good revamp all over Ac in the rooms is terrible 😫 was 43 degrees in our room at night 🌙 Hair dryer did not work , remote also , one tv channel which was fuzzy , the air vent in the shower fell onto my head 😀 no safe in rooms , asked at desk about these problems ,,, NO JOY . One pool was so noisy and so dirty , you have one bar that serves free drinks in plastic beakers which they just wash out under a tap to CLEAN THEM 🤔. The food was terrible , not labelled and cold , staff need retraining on cleanliness ie how to clean the areas properly and gain my knowledge as what they know is poor. All I can say is I will not be back to this tip anytime soon

Stayed here for 4 nights which was enough. Very dated hotel, poor maid service 2 hand towels and pillows with no cases on, room was a good size and clean ish small hairdryer and small toiletries in room, there are 2 sides to this hotel club Paradiso which is very loud music, didn’t feel comfortable around the pool area but the other pool is lovely and relaxing, clean and nice. The all inclusive bar is terrible no vodka ever! No snacks on during the day. Breakfast was shocking!! Lunch was ok and evening meal was terrible. So not much on offer. We paid £6.50 for a Smirnoff ice. There is a pool towel service which is 200MAD deposit. Staff are rude and they don’t really want to help with anything.
Nowhere near as bad as some of the reviews i’ve read.

After reading the reviews before going, I honestly expected the worst, but the hotel really wasn’t as bad as people made it out to be. For the price we paid, I’d actually say it was pretty decent.
The rooms were nice and probably one of the better parts of the hotel. The bar staff were also genuinely lovely and always friendly, so definitely no complaints there.
The entertainment, however, was rubbish. I also wouldn’t recommend this hotel if you’re looking for a proper family/kids holiday. It felt more like Spain vibes than somewhere that’s really aimed at entertaining children.
Some of the other staff could definitely do with improving their attitude. A lot of the time they seemed moody and unbothered, and asking them to do something sometimes made it feel like you were inconveniencing them rather than simply asking for help. The cleaners were okay, but there was one particular man who was genuinely brilliant and actually went above and beyond.
The food was okay. There was a decent selection and, honestly, the taste wasn’t bad at all. The biggest issue was that nothing was labelled or covered, which I found pretty questionable. Unfortunately, it also gave us diarrhoea for basically the whole holiday, so although the food itself tasted fine, I definitely wouldn’t say our stomachs agreed with it 😭.
Overall, I wouldn’t say this hotel deserves all the horrible reviews it gets. It definitely has things that need improving, especially the staff attitudes, entertainment and food hygiene/presentation, but for the price we paid, it was actually a pretty decent stay. I just think you need to go with realistic expectations rather than expecting a luxury or family-focused resort.
Could do better
A tale of two sides of a hotel.
One side, nice and relaxing with a nice pool and the sober. The other a want to be nightclub 24/7, with those trying to establish a life of alcohol or those trying to relive their younger years.
Both share the pathetic all inclusive, the hotter than hell main restaurant and dismal food.
If you’re coming, make sure your room is not on the Club Paradiso side and I’d say it bearable. Bring ear plugs and extra money for food (Carrefour/Burger King/KFC/a Greek restaurant are 10 min walk away, or taxi it into the medina [100 Dirham max]) otherwise take it for what it is.
