Conveniently situated near Agdal Gardens and the ramparts of the city with a bus station around 50 m away, the hotel is a 10- minute walk from the famous square Djemaa el Fna. Built in 2016, the air-conditioned property comprises 120 rooms and welcomes guests in a lobby with 24-hour reception and check-out service. Facilities offered to guests include a children's playground, café, bar and a restaurant. In addition, Internet access and a laundry service are provided. All rooms are equipped with independent air- conditioning, satellite/cable TV and a mini-bar. They also offer an en- suite bathroom and a balcony or terrace. An outdoor swimming pool is also available.
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.

Don’t listen to other reviews this hotel was fab
We had a great stay at this hotel in Morocco. It’s conveniently located not too far from the airport, and while you do need taxis to get into town, they’re very affordable and easy to find.
The hotel itself is quite large, so it took us a day or two to find our way around, but once we did, we really enjoyed it. Our room was very spacious, as was the bathroom, and although it was fairly basic, it was clean and comfortable—exactly what we needed.
The pool views were beautiful, and breakfast each morning was lovely with a good selection. The atmosphere throughout the hotel was relaxed and peaceful; there wasn’t much noise, aside from the occasional laughter here and there.
What really stood out was the staff—they were incredibly kind, helpful, and always smiling, which made a big difference to our stay. While the staff do speak English, we found that learning a few basic Arabic phrases like hello and thank you was appreciated.
Overall, we had a fantastic holiday and would definitely return!

I felt I had to write a review as I read the reviews before I went and was really quite worried that it would be horrendous! If you come to this hotel looking for faults, you will find some, if you come to enjoy a holiday and want a hotel that is a great base then you will enjoy your holiday and it's nowhere near as bad as the bad reviews.
I wouldn't say it's the kind of hotel to spend a full week in eating 3 meals a day and not leaving the place at all, as I guess then, the things that aren't so great would feel more apparent.
We stayed All Inclusive in Club Paradisio side of the hotel. When booking we were happy with B&B but it was very cheap to add All In, so we thought it was worth it for what we paid. The food was good, as long as you aren't expecting British food, chips with every meal etc as the food is more local which we found really good. Lots of fresh salads and bread, different meat and veggie options, enough choice as long as you aren't fussy. We mainly ate out in the evenings as the restaurant could get a bit repetitive if you had every meal there and there is so much going on in Marrakech that we just wanted a base to explore.
The restaurant manager was really friendly and by day 2, knew what drinks we would have with our meal. We found a lot of the staff seemed a bit offish at the start but as soon as we were friendly to them and said hello, thank you etc in French or Arabic, they were lovely. The bar manager was also really friendly, some of the bar staff weren't so great and asking them for a drink was like asking a teenager to tidy their bedroom, but, it didn't ruin our holiday and we continued to be super friendly and nice to them. Our room was clean & comfortable but did seem to lack air conditioning, we didn't need it during our stay but I imagine if you came here in August, it would be an issue.
We found the reception staff a little hit and miss, we asked them to call us a taxi into the centre, which they did fine, asked us to pay them for a return trip which was 300MAD. On speaking to the driver he told us that they only give the him 200MAD which means they took the equivalent of £8 for making the phone call. The driver then gave us his number so after that, we organised pick ups directly with him. We also used Uber a couple of times which was good too and 50MAD to the main square.
One surprising thing was how quiet the pools were, anytime of day, we could always get a sunbed. Maybe this is because it seemed like the hotel was used by a lot of tour companies so guests were around at breakfast then off on tours during the day.
Overall, this isn't like a 4 star hotel in the UK, standards and expectations are a bit different here but it was definitely better than I expected after reading the reviews!
Friends get away
Hotel was clearly very grand in its day but a bit tired looking in places now. Some staff were friendly other not so. Disappointing food options open. Only 1 of 3 restaurants appeared to be open for evening food. Breakfast was acceptable..fresh omelette and lots of pastries and a buffet of veg and salad. Housekeeping came very early and when were were still sleeping and came back at 3pm but did come every day. Air con poor but just about cooled the room. Went to the spa for a salt scrub and massage. Spa was nice and clean. Salt scrub turned out to be a scrub using what felt like a wire brush...never experienced anything so intensely painful in my life and skin very raw afterwards. Massage made up for it though. Overall the hotel is clean just a bit dated and lacking in available options for food and drinks. Would stay again if I visited Marrakesh but would chose to eat out. Would not recommend all inclusive. Pool side music was nice although children unsupervised at the pool was an issue one day which was slightly un nerving and annoying. Perhaps hotel should watch for this. Plenty of sunbeds available but had to wait for boutique to open to rent a beach towel which delayed our time at the pool on first day. Bar staff very nice and helpful. Wine approx 26 euro a bottle and beer 6 euro per bottle for context. Paid hotel tax of 17 euro on arrival for 4 nights. Only 15 mins from hotel to Medina in a taxi and 15 mins to.airport so great location. Walking distance to large shopping mall with supermarket

Good
Location good near airport and city. Rooms so so no water no tea, tv no properly working. Food need improve. Outside bar people friendly. But most what like and enjoy, music gyys which internment doing, dance and make people happy, kids enjoy with them. If I book again just because of internment people,guys doing amazing job.
Over priced for what you get!!
We arrived at 11.30am, our room wasn't ready obviously, our bags were placed to the side and we were asked to wait at the pool until our room was free. There are two pools, one at Club Paradisio (with a small splash pool also, this area had extremely loud, repetitive music, and at time, very inappropriate foul language for children. The second pool was in Zalagh Resort, slighly bigger pool. The only bar accessible for all inclusive was at the loud side, which was a small shed converted, but had limitations of 2 drinks per person, even if you needed to get drinks for your family! There was very limited activities around the pool. Help yourself to soft archery, help yourself to inflatable football and tennis. We had 2 days out of the 7 nights, where entertainment staff went round the pool offering yoga and water gym. Both lasted 10 minutes. The toilets in the rooms were very high. I am 5'4", and my tip toes only just touched the floor. Not very accessible for shorter people or young children!. The AI bar was generally set 10am-10pm. If you needed water out of these times, you were told by reception to buy some from the shop. Cleaners did a great job, but had to wait for fresh towels, some days till 5.30/6pm. Supervisor cleaner walks in regardless of what you are 'doing', and doesnt apologise, just continues to go onto balcony and around the room and into the bathroom to check cleaners have done their job properly (one day she walked in on my son in law naked. She just carried on like he wasn't there!! Food is very repetitive. Absolutely no labels on the food! Lots of cross contamination happening. My family are meat eaters, but I am a pescatarian. Chefs hands, tools and plates were used between meat, fish and vegetable items. The pizzas were made by hand daily, with gloves on, gloves were not changed between different pizzas. No information for allergies at all. Some dishes were difficult to know what they contained. Overall, this is a very standard holiday, definitely not what we expected based on the information on Loveholidays and the photos are definitely done in a way to sell. The pools are smaller than they seem in the pictures. The evening entertainment board showed a different itinerary each night, though nothing happened till 10pm ish, with a singer, singing the same 5 songs every night!! No way for joining in or even a place to dance safely. Some families used their own phones to play music as the entertainment was so poor. I wouldn't go back to this hotel! The price of the excursions via the hotel is SHOCKING, we went on the same trips via TripAdvisor at 20% of the hotels price. There is a convenient lovely little shopping centre 10 minutes walk from the hotel, with high Street stores and a Carrefour.
