The staff houda and nisreen really friendly and hopefully and my daughters really enjoy with them. I'm so glad my girls love it

Nisrine & Hoda were amazing with the kids and went out of their way to make sure they were really happy and even made time for them outside of the kids club thank you for making their holiday so great
Very run down hotel
Where do we start. Been here 5 days now. No air con never works in room. Our door card needs to be replaced every day. Paid for a safe and everyday have to go to reception to get it open has it is blocked. The shower was broken the sink was broken and still is. The food is not good. Birds flying around attacking your food. The bar outside is infested with wasps. They do clean the rooms lovely but shame that nothing else works. It needs updated. The hotel manager was great. I felt sorry for him has he had a lot of complaints every day. I wouldn't of minded if I got this holidsy cheap but hadnt. Worked hard all year round and wished I stayed at home. Will be contacting a solicitor when I get home has this was not acceptable at all
