Fab week loved this hotel!!
Amazing week at this resort. Personally I think the negative reviews are unjustified.
Room was big and clean. You can't ask for anything else. We were in the block close to reception.
Food breakfast was like continental with an omelette station where you could get omelettes, fried eggs or they did scramble for my granddaughter. There was plenty of choice and the food was piping hot. For kids there was fresh pizza which was made and chicken nuggets and tenders. Lunch time they made panini and wraps.
I think the only negative thing I would write would be the main pool and people putting towels on sunbeds and not coming to the pool till the afternoon. At the pool by the waterpark after 20 mins towels were being removed this needs to be done at main pool.
Entertainment team were fab I read a lot of reviews from people complaining about too much french speaking . They tried there best to do it in French and English. They did a fab job and there was always something going on around the pool and at nighttime.
The staff were all helpful and I never encountered a rude staff member.
On arrival we arrived way before our room was ready but were able to leave our cases and went to the pool. I went back at 3pm to get my room key and there was a huge queue the receptionist noticed me and came and gave me my key which I thought was a nice touch.
I would recommend this hotel and would in return YES I would.
What I would say to people ignore the negative reviews and make your own mind up. This hotel is very clean

Amazing two weeks
Just got home from spending two weeks here and had an amazing time. The rooms were nice and comfortable and the air con was nice after being in the sun all day.
As a fussy eater I was always able to find something to eat as they did nuggets, pizza and pasta among other things so was always able to find something to eat.
What really made the holiday was the entertainment team. They walked around the sun beds checking on everyone and chatting. I don’t understand any of the negative comments saying the entertainment team treated the English differently as I didn’t experience that. We were always welcome to join in and they would always try to explain the rules in English and we were never treated any differently to other guests. By the end of the two weeks most of the entertainers knew me by name which meant being practically dragged of the sun bed or chair to join games or dance( all in good humour, if you say no then they will leave you alone) . On the last day I was asked if I wanted to play beer pong which is harder than it looks.
Even though the entire entertainment team was amazing I would like to give a shout out to Sophie and Joe( unfortunately I can’t remember everyone’s names other wise I’d shout out others as well).
Sophie was encouraging when I wanted to get into the water for the pool party but was nervous to do so as was uncertain if I would be able to touch the floor as I can’t swim. I did get in the pool and enjoyed it.
The second time I got into the pool I was still nervous but decided to do the aqua gym when Joe was doing it. Towards the end we got into a circle and was going around left or right when my foot slipped which made me panic as I thought I was going to go under and pulled away from the circle. Joe came over and made sure I was ok and got me to join in again. I also enjoyed the quizzes he did and the dancing was good fun in the evening.
I am already looking to book again either bringing someone with me or potentially solo.
Pools and aqua park were highlihlghts
We have just returned from a fabulous holiday at this hotel. The highlights for adults and children were definitely the pools, on site aqua park and entertainment.
There was always a good selection of food, freshly made omlettes and eggs at breakfast, handmade pizza at lunch and the most amazing desserts. You can also fill water bottles from a machine in the restaurant.
There are 2 shallow pools, 2 deep pools, splash parks and the aqua park provided hours of fun, with a really cool wave slide which I'd never experienced before. Mornings at the aqua park were much quieter as there was often a wait for inflatables.
The entertainment was also really good, always something to get involved with day and night. The hotel was predominantly French speaking with English spoken during entertainment also. This was never a problem for us.
The rooms were quite basic but adequate for our needs with functioning AC. They were cleaned daily and topped up with water bottles. The house keeping even left us roses one morning which was a nice touch
I do understand some of the negative reviews left about this hotel but I feel for the price and overall experience we have had the hotel is great. You can not pay pennies and expect 5 star quality.

A place away in the sun
Overall, this is a great hotel for families and we’ve had a lovely holiday, although there are a few things that could definitely be improved.
Unfortunately, the power in our room kept cutting out throughout our stay. The staff were always helpful and fixed the issue when we reported it, but it became quite inconvenient having to repeatedly walk back to reception to ask for assistance.
The water park is great, especially for taller and older children who love the bigger slides. However, our little boy is very confident in the water and absolutely loves big water slides, but he wasn’t allowed to go down them on a parent’s knee. We have been allowed to do this at previous hotels and destinations, so this was a little disappointing for us. There is a smaller water play area next to it, but it wasn’t quite suitable for his confidence level and what he enjoys.
One thing I feel is important to mention is that several children around the pool, including ours, seemed to be getting cuts on their toes and feet, with them bleeding. We’re not completely sure where or how this was happening, but we assume it may have been caused by the flooring around the pool area. I would definitely recommend bringing pool shoes, as some of the cuts were quite bad.
On a positive note, it’s a lovely place to get away in the sun, and there are plenty of food options available throughout the day. Overall, we’ve enjoyed our family holiday, but there are a few areas that could make the experience much more comfortable and enjoyable for families with young children.
