Stayed for 1 week and the food was varied and plentiful. Lots of Morrocan dishes to try. Entertainment team were amazing and never seem to tire. Reception staff are grumpy and unhelpful. Rooms very dated and even upgraded ones lack plug sockets and attention to details. Ants and wasps everywhere. Quality of all inclusive drinks very poor and the wifi only exists in the reception area. This place meeds attention to detail, improved wifi and better quality drinks.

2nd visit to this wonderful holiday destination. As ever a great time. Food is great and caters to everyone poth picky (burgers, pizza chicken nuggets and chips) and the more adventurous who enjoy trying the local cuisine. Staff always nice and helpful. Room cleaned daily. Nice Spa experience. Recommend and returning next year with family already booked.

Check in was very easy and the staff were very helpful and accommodating to our request for a room change as our room was on ground level. This did mean we had to wait 30 mins longer till 3.30 but that was all good as we was enjoying the sun with a beer and had lunch.

Hindsight maybe should have kept ground floor room as we had problems with patio doors not opening but was always fixed promptly once reported to reception.

No mirror in the room except for bathroom, Chair set on balcony are a nice new addition to those plastic chair you normally get. There was no washing line to hang swim stuff so we made our own.

AC in room was brilliant and life saver in hot conditions that we had.

Would like to point out with problems with the door we was offered a room change but as the door was fixed and we was unpacked we was happy to not move and enjoy the holiday.

Always check your adjoining door in the room if you have one, as ours was unlocked and when opened was greeted by our neighbours 🤣, it took a while for them to sort this issues. We was told it was a new door and couldn’t locate the key, but was locked eventually.

You can sort a safe at reception for a charge.

You can get pool towels as well with a returnable deposit.

Overall room was comfortable and clean, shower didn’t have much pressure but you make do.

Cleaner was brilliant and cleaned every day.

Restaurant was great lots of choice and always something to eat. Only feed back would be bring back making fresh msemmen as where they are cooked in mass, it’s just not the same, they are normally so delicious.

Main bar had plenty of staff and there was never a real issue in getting a drink, bar staff work so hard but always smiling and they can make a great mojito (is chargeable)

Pool and pool bar. Pool bar has basic drinks no spirits and again guys on that bar are brilliant and take care of you.

Only thing I would say is I have never been in hotel and heard so many glasses smashing round the pool. Plastic would be better round the pool, as this can be dangerous especially with how many people smashed a glass and just left it, to a point we picked it up and got assistant to properly clean it up

There is WiFi in hotel but not the best, we found times we couldn’t get connected.

Entertainment team, superb from start of the day till end of the day. They have so much energy and work so hard. The shows they perform are well organized and practiced and brilliant to watch. Thoroughly enjoyed the shows at the front of the hotel. As this meant we had the luxury of a fire show (amazing)and dance, also a ring performer and Ayoab gymnast guy all were amazing they are very talented and fantastic at their skill. The show certainly kept you entertained.

There are activities and things to get involved with during the day if you want but if you don’t want you can say no and they leave, not pushy like some hotels I have stayed in. But get involved it’s fun and allows you to make memories and try something new. Black jack was fun, dealer always won 🤣

Personally want to shout out to Maxim, Ayoub, Psyaga and Khalid, lovely entertainers who always make time for everyone and pleasure to chat with. Keep up the great job guys.

Also Ossuama from the Corellia group also goes round and makes the time to speak to all guests not just his guests under his group and makes Aqua gym fun.

Overall even with the problem with the room (this didn’t worry us to much as we don’t go on holiday to spend time in room) it was a great holiday and hotel is a great place, good vibes, fun, relaxing, memories and all round great holiday I would definitely go back.

Again thanks again to all the staff in the hotel and especially the hotel entertainers they make a lot of the holiday what it is 😀
