Good but I assumed to have a SPA, actually not available
Very beautiful hotel, good service level. Notwithstanding the level is not exactly at a 5 stars level. The room was at a very high level but the bathroom more like a 3 stars then 5. Then the worst part was the SPA, I never saw a 5 stars SPA without sauna or hammam. The hammam was intact "busy", I don't even know how possible to present a SPA with an hammam not available for everybody. At the end there was just a pretty pool, with an extreme quantity of chlore (impossible stay more then 10 minuts) and with walls ruined by humidity and mushrooms. I strongly unsuggest this hotel if the SPA is part of your needs

Throughly a 5 star hotel
Beautiful hotel with friendly staff and outstanding customer Service. A nightly free show that keeps you entertained and a good food. Love to come back next year. Breakfast is good with lots of choices. Tow swimming pools outside and inside. Close to Medina and square. Thank you Cesar for everything.

Warning about the hotel.
The hotel is very beautiful, with a warm pool inside and a delicious breakfast. However, I cannot trust the staff. They are condescending and do not keep their promises. Initially, they promised a free taxi to the airport, but later they offered a ride for 250 DH, while the inDrive app charges only 60 DH. Please read another’s comments(google review) they don’t lie.
Horrible experience
This I far from a 5 star hotel. The breakfast was dry sprinrolls and a lot of sweets that nobody eats, this is the wurst breakfast I have ever experienced. They didn’t have enough cups or glasses, so the have to wash as they go. The have only 1 salt & pepper to the hole hotel. Maybe 10 glasses all together. When we arrived we have to pay turist tax a they said there machine don’t work to operate visa. 5 star hotel with no possibility to pay with card. It’s a joke. The terrace is one joke to it self . Stay away from this place

AVOID THIS TERRIBLE HOTEL
TERRIBLE HOTEL,AVOID, AVOID
I stayed at this hotel for 6 nights with my 4 kids and every single night I woke up few times cause of noises from the rooms and room above,on 4th of my night I had to call reception to call police it was that bad The room sound proofing is very,very bad and you could hear even a conversation people having in other rooms,I couldn't sleep properly throughout my stay.. When I entered in hotel room and I saw a bed which is used normally in hospitals it had 4 small wheels on them I went back to reception and requested to change the bed which they did but new bed was a hospital bed again. But much better condition so still had to sleep on a bed with small wheels.. Restaurant staff is very rude and aggressive when I complained to the reception lady she did nothing the reception lady has terrible attitude, One good point was another receptionist lady name (Imane) she was polite and professional she solved issues which I had.. Heated pool was only 2 and half to 3 foot deep it was terrible.. It was 5 star hotel and I paid alot of money but at the end I received no service,no luxury.. On roof they have night show,they have loud music on till late.. I would never recommend this hotel and it was a terrible choice of mine for this hotel, AVOID AT ALL COST..IT IS NOT WORTH IT..
