Excellent staff
The staff are very welcoming and friendly. In particular Mimi, Chak and Murad have made the trip much more fun and entertaining. They doll out advise, are always up for a laugh and will help with anything you need. The rooms are spacious and the bathrooms are very nice and they have a very scenic atmosphere.
The bar staff particularly Ibrahim have also been very nice and will make you any drink.
Brilliant 4 night stay
Amazing atmosphere. Bar staff were great - especially Houssni, Yousef & achraf(M.H) Rooms were tidy and clean. Entertainment staff were brilliant and the pool area was always clean. There was plenty of food options and always fresh and replenished.

Hotel Feedback – Be Live Experience Palmeraie Marrakech Hello, We were a group of 29 people who stayed at the Be Live Experience Palmeraie Marrakech from 11th September to 18th September 2026 on an all-inclusive basis. Unfortunately, we were disappointed with several aspects of our stay. Firstly, the hotel location is not very convenient, as it is quite far from the main areas and attractions of Marrakech. We also experienced issues with the bathroom facilities. On a daily basis, we had to ask for bath towels, which was inconvenient and should not have been necessary. There was also an unpleasant sewage smell coming from the bathroom, which made the experience uncomfortable. In addition, the water did not drain properly and very slowly, causing water to remain in the bathroom for some time. As we were travelling as a group of 29 people, these issues affected our overall experience. We expected better standards of cleanliness, bathroom maintenance and service from a hotel of this category.
