My stay at Be Live Experience Marrakech was truly a wonderful experience from beginning to end. The hotel offers a welcoming atmosphere, comfortable surroundings, and a great place to relax and enjoy Marrakech.
A special mention goes to Mimi from the entertainment team, who brought so much energy, fun, and positivity to the experience. The entertainment activities were enjoyable and helped create a lively atmosphere throughout the stay. Also, a big thank you to Tarik, the barman, for his excellent service, friendly personality, and professionalism. His warm attitude made every visit to the bar even more enjoyable.
Finally, I would like to thank all the hotel staff. Everyone was kind, helpful, welcoming, and always ready to assist. Their hard work and dedication truly made the stay more comfortable and memorable.
Overall, I had a fantastic experience at Be Live Experience Marrakech and would happily recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay in Marrakech. Thank you to Mimi, Tarik, and the entire hotel team for making the experience so special!
Absolutely amazing staff !!
This hotel was clean modern and exactly what you expect from 4 star hotel, but what makes its stand out was the staff.
Every member of staff was polite, friendly, enthusiastic, respectful, go the extra mile to please.
Shout out to Abdulaziz in the main canteen who made sure we never ran out of beer or wine, and went that little bit extra to make us feel special.
The bar staff, Ashraf, Housni and Youseth, they made our holiday for us, always smiling, took extra care of us, took the time to learn what we liked and would be ready with our next drinks before we even ask for them.
Thanks to these wonderful staff, we had the best holiday.

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel. Staff was absolutely amazing, respectful, friendly, and always willing to help. My daughter loved Kids Clubs with Rasha being enthusiastic and caring. Our room was right next to the pool with made it perfect to relax. The food was delicious and varied. I can't wait to go back!

We had a very nice family holiday and enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The room was comfortable and generally clean, although there is always a little room for improvement. The pool is on the smaller side and can get a bit noisy, especially during busy times.
What really stood out for us was the kindness of the staff, especially Khadija from Public Relations. From the moment we arrived, she was welcoming, friendly, and always ready to help whenever we needed something. Our children became very fond of her, which made us feel even more comfortable.
We are happy with our experience and would definitely consider coming back. Thank you to the team for making our family stay enjoyable! ❤️
