Be Live Collection Marrakech Adults Only

Me and my girlfriend stayed at this hotel for 2 weeks here is a brief rundown of our experience. Rooms- very spacious- no outlet near any mirrors wasn’t ideal- air-con was brilliant- shower was good-we did have an ant infestation occasionally but the hotel did help with this. Cleanliness- cleaners done a fine job however, i noticed that instead or changing the pillow sheets they just flipped them around- they also didn’t knock occasionally and just walked in the room- the glasses and plastic cups could have been cleaned better in my opinion- the hotel itself is rather clean. Food- the morning buffet was our favourite wide selection and was tasty- the lunch was rather disappointing just the same as the dinner basically, wasn’t amazing- the dinner was just okay at best- in all fairness due to our length of time here we did get sick of it and that is not the hotels fault- the a la carte restaurant was mediocre at a push. Drinks and bars were good the swim up bar was ideal- the snack bar made great drinks but did take a while to deliver your food however the food was very good- the indoor bar was also very good thanks to Zizo and Ahmed best bartenders in the country. Pools- two pools one quiet one busy and activities based- sun lounger on the busy pool were good but the quiet pool could use a revamp, overall two very good pools. entertainment throughout the day was very good archery,dance,ping pong water sports etc etc never a dull moment plenty to do- Massive shoutout to ouadoud he was fantastic and a great guy- nighttime entertainment however was just okay- dancers were funish live singers were okay but the karaoke was brilliant(guests made it good not the hotel) although all the night entertainment did try and get the crowd involved.Staff- easily the best thing about the Be-Live is the staff everyone smiling asking how you are having a chat with you occasionally can only give another big shoutout to ouadoud-zizo-ahmed-oualid-anas and kamal (plus more whos names we never caught) they all were fantastic and made this trip special

We struggle to find anything wrong with this hotel. Staff are so hard working and very polite. Waiter would bring us 2 drinks each to table without asking. Service is really good. Rooms are big, very comfortable and clean. Plenty of food choices. Free shuttle bus everyday to the centre for shopping at souks or exploring. Yoga with Inty was brilliant. Hubby enjoyed the activities. We were at the quiet pool with swim up bar most days. Plenty loungers available and the bali beds are free to use. Spa has a good range of treatments available. All areas of hotel were spotlessly clean. The shop has a good choice at reasonable prices if you dont want to go too far from hotel. Felt very relaxed and look forward to returning in future.
