Great week - can't wait to return!
Our week here was amazing. The hotel and grounds are incredibly clean and well looked after. The food is varied and there was always something lovely to eat at the buffet restaurant. The tagines and salads were particularly tasty and the fresh omelettes for breakfast. We stayed on an all inclusive basis and found the food (after 3pm) from the pool bar was a great alternative on some days for a late lunch. Always found a lounger around the pool and often a Balinese bed - which are free! AmJad and his activities were great - particularly enjoyed the mint tea session and the Arabic lesson. Staff are all so pleasant and can't do enough for you. The buses into the medina made this holiday a perfect mix of a pool holiday with a bit of a city break thrown in. We had no issues in booking the times we wanted the day before we wanted to go into town. It is worth staying a bit later one evening though to see Marrakesh after dark - just make sure that you set the taxi fare before coming back. Superb week!

Really good choice - don’t hesitate to book
This was a brilliant choice having had to change from original hotel booked. The only potential negative is that it is used for conferences there were a lot of delegates there although I understand the hotel needs to generate income in this way. In addition the room was a little small but otherwise this is a super hotel with great food,staff and facilities and I would not hesitate to go back… Thanks

Perfect Bday celebration with family
We had our family trip from 27/03-03/04/26. It was perfectly amazing❤️ thanks a lot for all Barcelo team, especially guest relationship manager Sara❣️ she did everything to make our holidays passed the best possible way! Ghita and Camelia looked after our two children (4 and 2) for 2 days and were both fantastic. They loved the Barcy club

Exceeded our expectations! ❤️
From the minute we arrived on 29th June we were greeted with the warmest weather and the warmest hospitality I’ve ever witnessed. Check in was quick and easy and we were driven by golf cart to our room which was perfectly air conditioned (although quite small And lacked storage space) was a standard deluxe double room. The staff in the all inclusive restaurant were so kind and made us feel like royalty especially Rachid and Latifa who had our drinks ready as soon as we arrived and remembered what we like to drink. They took genuine interest in our day and our wellbeing. The bar staff were also very friendly and attentive. Bringing us drinks before we had to ask both at the pool bar and inside bar. We were greeted at the restaurant on our first night by Zohir the guest experience manager. It was our birthday trip so he arranged for cake and snacks to be sent to our room with a special message. Also reception decorated our bed with heart shaped towels and rose petals ❤️. The hotel is clean and modern and choice of restaurants if you want something different from all inclusive buffet. The pool bar served a couple of all inclusive options after 3pm like club sandwich or Caesar salad or pizza but sometimes we paid as we didn’t want to wait until 3pm. Entertainment was sparse there was a show on a Tuesday night but we missed this and nothing really going on in the evenings. The hotel and grounds are well maintained and has a very relaxing vibe. We will definitely return xxx thanks lovely Moroccans ❤️❤️
