Aqua Mirage Club Marrakech

the hotel blew my expectations from the amazing entertainment to the food. entertainment is so friendly

Massive hotel with 2 pools which were clean, adequate sun lounges, water park on site which catered for adults and children. Rooms cleaned daily Friendly staff Entertainment was shocking and very boring, Food: a good selection, but very limited if you’re a picky eater, very busy at all times Overall ok for just the week but would not visit again

Spent a week here and for a week in the sun it ticks that box however, the hotel itself is just average. The food is ok, the drinks are ok (albeit a strange queuing system with limited drinks person), the rooms are ok, basically everything is just ok, nothing special. The wasp issue is ridiculous and the water park seems to be the worst place for these but the main pool areas are also infested. We found the quiet pool has less of an issue. So, depending on who you book with depends on if you get to keep your all inclusive band after 3pm. We booked with Easyjet and were told on arrival that after 3pm we have to pay extra to use the facilities. Our transfer was at 5pm so we weren't too bothered by this, HOWEVER, on the morning we were leaving we went to drop off our cases and asked about the band removal at 3pm. We were told once the bands were removed we had to stay in reception until our pick up time. I asked if we could sit by the pool or go for a walk and was told by the rudest man I have ever encountered in Guest Services that we had to remain in reception. Clearly this person does not understand the role of Guest Services whatsoever. We were happy to give up our bands so we would be unable to get food or drinks but we were not even allowed to sit by the pool. Ridiculous!!!! For this main reason and the way we were spoken to I would not return to this hotel.
