This modern hotel boasts a package of a traditional-style courtyards, wonderfully landscaped gardens and a waterpark-crowned pool scene. Its well-appointed rooms feature traditional Moroccan décor with some fresh touches like flat-screen TVs. Their only downside is that due to the amount of attractions the venue offers, guests won't spend enough time in them. They will be spoiled with choice at the exciting first-rate waterpark that is loaded with slides including a Spacebowl, Blackhole and a section just for the youngest guests chock-full of slides and fountains. Plus there are 2 extra pools and a poolside bar to provide endless stream of chilled drinks. The lights of the Red City, called so due to the blush-coloured walls that surround it, are just a 20-minute shuttle bus ride away and it is still exciting as ever and still offers a magical mix of modern and traditional.

All of the staff are amazing and get you involved with everything and make you feel very comfortable and the food is also really good special shoutout to Joss for being so friendly and welcoming to us at all times
Not great at all!!!
Myself husband and two children arrived at 9.45pm on the 24th June. We were rushed through the paper work and told to hurry and eat before the restaurant closed at 10pm. We rushed along which was pointless as there was nothing left at all! We went straight back to reception to get our luggage and were taken up to our room. We were in block 3 where the air con din’t even work it was worse than having a fan on! Felt like warm air was circulating in the room. We mentioned this to reception the following morning and were told this would be looked at. This was apparently checked and fixed but still continued to blow out hot air and was def not working! We struggled to sleep the whole 7 nights where it was so hot!
Went to breakfast which was like a cattle market! Staff miserable as ever and could not keep up with the cleaning and tables etc. choice of foods was shocking! Very very basic. Even at all other meal times it’s hard to grab a table no matter what time you go in. Tables are left dirty… the whole process is awful!
Food choices are very poor i have been to basic hotels before and they have had better food choices! Also half the time the drinks machines wouldn’t work or the syrup had run out. Also drinks for all inc are awful. The cocktail's are a shambles and drinks choice is very poor! The limit on drinks is also ridiculous!
I have also never been to an all inc where you can only have ice cream on an evening! And it’s literally 1 small scoop in a cone! Im sorry but this is so bad!
Another let down is that on your day of check out you can only use facilities until 3pm this also means your all inc expires?!?! Im sorry but never have i ever come across this in my years of all inc! You’re basically expected to sit in reception until your transfer collects you! So for us this was 10pm at night!!!!!!! So for 7 hours we were expected to sit in reception with 2 children bored out of there brain and without food or drink unless we were will to pay! Which we weren’t considering we arrived at 9.30 on are arrival date!
I would honestly re think before you book here!!!! The only decent thing that made our holiday was the animation team which were brill!

Great holiday
This is a wonderful establishment; I have visited for two consecutive years, and I must commend the significant improvement in the food quality and variety compared to my previous visit.

Great holiday
Enjoyed my stay here food was great staff very helpful especially entertainment staff.room clean and spacious.i have one fault though.the hotel charges you to use all inclusive facilities if you arrive on an early flight before check in and also if you leave on a late flight after check out.thought this was disgusting to charge you extra.never had this in any other hotel.your all Inclusive should start the minute you get there and not end till the minute you leave

It was very good. Drinks weren’t great. And the pudding selection was pretty poor. But other than that it was pretty good.
