Amanjena

Amanjena is one of the most beautiful and peaceful properties I’ve stayed at. The architecture is breathtaking, and the entire resort has a timeless, serene atmosphere that immediately allows you to slow down and relax. Every corner of the property is beautifully maintained, making it feel like a true oasis.

The rooms are elegant, spacious, and beautifully designed, the heated pool was wonderful, and every meal hit the spot. The culinary team consistently exceeded our expectations. You have to try their local wine!

What truly made this stay unforgettable, however, was our personal host, Amin. After staying at many luxury resorts around the world, I can honestly say he is the best I’ve ever had. His level of care, professionalism, and genuine kindness was extraordinary. He anticipated our needs, offered thoughtful recommendations, and always made us feel like his top priority.

One moment that perfectly captures his dedication was when I needed superglue. Rather than simply telling me it wasn’t available, Amin went out of his way to arrange for someone to go and purchase it for me. It’s such a small thing, but it’s exactly this mindset of finding solutions instead of obstacles that made all the difference. He even encouraged us to contact him on his days off if we needed anything. That level of commitment is incredibly rare. He was always eager to help, completely genuine, and truly invested in making sure every aspect of our stay was perfect.

One thing I especially appreciated about Amanjena is how much they respect their guests’ privacy. The service is always there when you need it, yet never intrusive. It’s a balance that is difficult to achieve, and they do it flawlessly.

Beautiful resorts can be found all over the world, but people like Amin are exceptionally rare. Amanjena is fortunate to have both a breathtaking property and truly world-class hospitality. We left feeling genuinely cared for, and we’re already looking forward to returning.

We visited this hotel with great excitement after admiring it online for a long time and traveling all the way from Turkey specifically to experience its beauty and atmosphere.

Unfortunately, although we were never informed in advance about any photography restrictions, we were approached in a very uncomfortable and unwelcoming manner while taking a few casual photos. The issue was never the rule itself — we would have immediately respected any policy if it had been explained kindly.

What disappointed us most was the attitude of the staff member handling the situation. The approach was unnecessarily harsh, cold, and far from the level of empathy and hospitality expected from such a prestigious hotel. Instead of feeling welcomed, we left feeling embarrassed and humiliated.

We would still like to sincerely thank Omar for his kindness, professionalism, and respectful attitude afterward. His approach was the only thing that softened this disappointing experience for us.
