The hotel is located at km 9 on the 'Route de Ouarzazate'. Surrounded by olive and palm trees, this intimate estate is located some 20 minutes drive from Marrakech's city centre. Marrakech-Menara Airport is approximately 6 km from the hotel.
The hotel has modern facilities, traditional architecture and magnificent views of the Atlas Mountains. It includes three riads dedicated to guesthouse accommodation, consisting of sober and elegant architecture combined with comfort and discreet charm with uniquely decorated rooms loaded with amenities, and different interior decoration styles. The 3 patios with fountains give a feeling of space. The premises are air-conditioned and facilities include a hotel safe and a TV lounge.
The comfortable guest rooms include free WLAN Internet access, a direct dial telephone, en suite facilities, satellite TV, a minibar, safe and a work desk. Rooms are furnished with double or king-size beds. All rooms have individually regulated air conditioning. Guests are provided with a VIP welcome, a fully daily breakfast, mineral water, a selection of pastries, fruits and flowers.
Guests can take a dip in the outdoor swimming pool and relax on sun loungers under the shade of the parasols. Palmeraie Golf Club is about 20 minutes' drive from the hotel.
Turn left before the American School at km 9 on the Route de Ouarzazate. There is a sign on the left-hand side coming from Marrakech to show directions.
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.

I didn't want to leave....ever!!!
my husband and I have traveled at least 5 months out of the year for the past 14 years.... that's a lot of hotels all over the world....this hotel wins hands down for so many of the reasons listed in the other reviews.... they think what you need before you do....I never wanted to leave..... don't miss staying at this absolutely fabulous hotel...you certainly won't regret it....thanks to all of the kindest, sweetest staff in the world....I miss you already....Marlene and Steve

Great staff
Friendly and well kept hotel. Lovely garden and pool. Large room and bathroom with welcome water and local cakes and fruit. Owner was delightful and always chatting and looking to help. 2 particular staff were very attentive, Yousef and Momo, really made the experience. Breakfast was good with slight variation changes daily. Ate an evening meal once in the restaurant and was good. The pool Menu food was just ok and didn’t live up to the rest of the food unfortunately.

Best Hotel Experience in Marrakech Ever
This is the best hotel in Marrakech I have ever seen: It is a beautiful, renovated Riad outside of the old city. Therefore, a taxi can leave you at the door (instead of you having to find your way on the little streets of the old city while carrying your luggage). Once inside, you find a quiet oasis of flowers, plants, spotless floors, beautiful palm trees, a lovely pool. The senior manager and her staff personally welcome you. They really care for their guests. Everything works (the shower, the wifi, the door locks), which is rare in Marrakech. The restaurant has some of the best food in the city: we were able to eat delicious food without any fear of becoming sick. We are planning a trip back to Marrakech just so we can stay at Al Faissal again. Thank you for a truly amazing experience!!!!
A hidden Gem
We have just spent 4 nights at this little hidden gem of a hotel situated very close to Marrakech, we found this to be a very friendly, peaceful and secure hotel, we were a party of 3 with one of us being a solo female who had a room to herself, she has said that she felt very comfortable and safe with no concerns about being on her own. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly, the breakfasts which were served at the poolside were delicious. The restaurant which we visited twice served lovely food with a very friendly and relaxed atmosphere. We will definitely visit Marrakech again to experience some of the extended tours and would definitely stay at this hotel whilst doing so.
Wonderful hotel, lovely staff and great restaurant.
Wonderful second visit to Al Fassia. Very comfortable bed in a beautifully furnished room. The staff are great and the location just a few minutes away from the Medina is perfect. Food the best we've had in Marrakesh. We'll be back for sure.
