This hotel from the pictures to reality were different. Some of The staff here were rude very rude Time to time. right, this hotel was kind of clean but the beds Hard bed bugs. Before coming here we stay at a different place and didn’t have this issue at all. I wouldn’t come here again. I recommend not to come here. I will post some pictures Plus, did not change the bedsheets they just clean them up and neat and tidy. Even the cleaning stuff, where as well When you ask for something Bite your head off And get annoyed.
If I could give this hotel 0 stars I would. We went with a school trip and had the following issues.
No other hotel we stayed at in Morocco had any of these issues.
Our impression was that the staff were trying their best but the lack of investment in hotel suggests the owners don't care.
This hotel is located in a very nice part of Marrakech. The entrance is lovely and the lobby inviting, with beautiful ceilings. We stayed here twice, at the start and end of our Exodus tour. Our first room looked out on the main street and was very noisy. Our second room overlooked the restaurant in the back and was much quieter. The rooms themselves were clean and we had no issues. Breakfast was fine, with much choice. The attendant seemed to like my wife, as on our second morning, he brought a plate of fresh pastries over to our table. (We were the only ones in the breakfast room at the time.) We ate at the hotel several times, and we stayed outside except for once. Mistake: the inside room was terrible with cigarette smoke. Food was OK. Service was sometimes slow, but we usually were not in a rush. We were pleased that they served beer and wine. All in all, a decent pair of stays.
The hotel is lovely very traditional in decor which is why we chose it. Yes, the rooms are very dated, but this had absolutely no impact on our stop here. A major refurbishment on going while we were there, the pool is out of action due to this being done,i think, so it will be ready for summer.
Our room was on the 4th floor,it was cleaned every day, and we got clean towels every day.
We had breakfast, which was very traditional and lovely. Yes, you can have wine and beer but not in the bar. we had to sit in the restaurant.😀 All the staff were lovely and couldn't do enough for you. Especially the man who looked after us at breakfast and the barman. The hotel is in a good spot for getting to both the madina and the new town. We would stay again.
Th minutes I stepped inside Irealised that this was not going to be a happy experience. There was no character or atmosphere in the place. The dining room consisted of small tables with white long table cloths and nothing else. The tables were not set and we couldn't get any smell of food. Luckily we had not paid for breakfast, so we never ate here. The room was quite pleasant but the bathroom was in need of redecorating. The water from the shower went all over the door. We left earlier than we were due to and booked into to another hotel.
