Rooms are okay but not clean, had 2 towels throughout.
Our conference room had so little light.
Honeymoon / anniversary
We spent our honeymoon / first year anniversary here and had the most amazing time! The staff decorated our room twice with happy messages for our special occasion, and gave us a bottle of red wine to celebrate! The food was amazing and the excursions were unforgettable!
The only down side for us was the bar, we would order the same drinks and they would come out different each time you ordered. Also one or two of the bar staff came across as quite unhappy and a bit rude.
Over all, the staff were absolutely amazing and made sure to remember your name and get to know you! Getting to share culture and stories with them really made it feel personal and we got to know everyone so well! A special mention to the animation team: Pina, Danny, Alex, John and Paulina. These guys literally make your stay unforgettable and are all amazing people! We got to know them well over our stay and have made friends for life!
Keep an eye out for the info boards as there are activities every day which are so much fun! We played beach volleyball every single day and it was the perfect ice breaker between guests and staff!

Overall, my experience was somewhere in the average.
When it comes to the food and drinks, I feel there is room for improvement. The food was a little underwhelming, especially since there wasn’t much variety between the lunch and dinner options. However, the cocktails were really good, and I received excellent bar service from Chrispine and Ali. They were attentive, friendly, and made the experience enjoyable.
The service in general was good, and the staff were pleasant and welcoming. Victor, in particular, was amazing. He really went out of his way to take care of me, and I truly appreciated that. Same to Lieslie,Laura and Jestus good human beings they gave a helping hand when I need.
And lastly, Shaban was wonderful. He knew how to connect with guests and made interactions feel very natural and welcoming, which I really liked.
To all of you, kudos, kudos, kudos! A big thank you for your service and for making my stay lovely.
