I must say everything is perfect and well organized hotel Sarova white sands . Friendly staff and service plus smile on their face I get service Kavata at the reception Jacklin at the reception At the dinner area hostess , chef and all Room attendants Entertain at the pool All help us and feel us comfortable at the hotel . We really appreciate everyone's service . This is the first time we came to this hotel and we really like it . I must say this is the best hotel in Mombasa .
Best Kids Club experience
The Kids Club here is truly exceptional. I was served by Zainab, Mercy, Titus, Elizabeth, Sabrina, Japheth, and Mary, and every one of them was warm, attentive, and fantastic with the children. They worked seamlessly as a team and made the experience unforgettable.
I honestly can’t think of another hotel with a better Kids Club. It was a genuine holiday for both the parents and the kids… a rare experience where everyone gets to relax, have fun, and feel well looked after. Highly recommended!
