Excellent service
We received excellent conference hosting. Our waitress Ms. Kasiti was exceptionally professional and welcoming. She ensured, tea ,water, coffee and snacks were ready by 9:30am and looked without disrupting our session at Forodhani.Her friendly and organised approach made the conference run so much better.She greeted everyone warmly and handled service lawlessly. Our hostess Ms Martha was amazing polite and quick ,handed with ease .On behalf of Turkana University I say thank you so much for service we received from Ms.kasiti and Martha.The hotel ambiance is beautiful and giving .Sure we will come back. Thank you

If you love good pasta, ask for Nyambane to make you a plate.....You will thank me....He is at Pavilion Restaurant My room was cleaned by Beatrice Adhiambo, my good.....She is full of love and gives her work 100
Lovely hotel, staff very polite and friendly
A great way to relax after our action packed safari . The hotel is lovely and the 4 pools means it’s not overcrowded and some days we had a pool almost to ourselves. I would say the drinks on the all inclusive are limited and the choice of cocktails are really just a spirit and mixer except for the pina coladas. The food was lovely and always a good choice at the buffet restaurant. The pizzas at minazi are wood fired and fresh ! Our rooms were always cleaned and bright and airy. It is breezy on the coast when the tide changes so maybe a light cardigan or shawl is a good option. Plenty of security especially along the beach access points . The guy at the pool Remembered every day and put towels out for us and kept an eye on our belongings when we went for lunch ! Can’t remember his name but he had little round glasses and a beard ! Th am you so much for a wonderful stay. My only gripe is they are too keen to clear away plates and cutlery so if going up for seconds hand onto your knife and fork !

Girls Trip :)
Honestly, what a lovely experience!! From the moment we arrived and picked up by Peter, the warm reception from Bakari when we arrived at the premises and the whole seamless check in process from Lucy and the team was very special.
The team was warm, very attentive, biggest compliments to Alexander who was taking care of us and our rooms during the entire stay, and made our girls trip feel like we were home away from home. We came to unwind, and unwind we did!!!
Thank you so much to the whole team at Sarova Whitesands, truly appreciated every bit of it. Can't wait to be back. Keep up with the amazing work!
