- Tower Bay
- Club Reef Resort

Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
Highly recommended resort for couples and families, thanks to the wonderful animation that guided us through Egypt.
I booked this hotel at fairly short notice through EasyJet holidays. I am an early retired 62yrs old man who holidays a lot usually with my wife. She is still working and didn’t have time off work to join me on a 2 week break. We had previously visited Sharm el Sheikh a couple of years ago and although we both loved the holiday my wife didn’t like the trouble getting through the airport (she was also in a wheelchair on that trip) and didn’t want to return. So I took the opportunity of a cheap all inclusive holiday by myself. My flight and transfer was ok with only minor delays at the airport. I arrived at the hotel as the only visitor from my transfer. It was around 21:30 and after checking in I was offered a meal in the restaurant as the buffet was finished. The room (414) was a large twin bedded garden/pool view fairly close to the reception and buffet areas. It was well equipped and the air con worked well. I then went exploring the grounds and loved it. There is quite a height drop from the reception area where the buffet restaurant and a few shops are located all the way to the private beach areas which is the only drawback. It isn’t suitable for wheelchair users and people with limited mobility. There were families with children and pushchairs so it isn’t a complete no no. Passing the pool and bar area from my room you pass through the excellent garden areas which lead onto the main pool area consisting of a children’s pool and a massive rectangular pool with views over the bay towards Sharm el Sheikh. There is a further area with a covered seating area with more loungers and another pool. This is where the evening entertainment is based around. There is then an à la carte restaurant a couple of shops and another eatery that serves burgers and hotdogs in the afternoon. There are a couple of options to get down to the beach, my choice was past the amphitheatre where evening shows take place and past the volleyball sand pitch which leads you to a lovely tree covered walkway. There is an adults only area with plenty of loungers and excellent views plus a path to a wonderful area at sea level with only 6 loungers and a canopy for shelter. Back to the path and there is a small bar and seating area which serves freshly made pizza early afternoon. Then at the Sandy beach areas which there are plenty of loungers and umbrellas which then leads to a small jetty that takes you over the coral and steps into the sea for snorkeling and swimming. Lifeguards are at every pool and beach area. The food in the buffet is well presented and great choices every day with outdoor barbecues in the evening serving a variety of meats. Now my reason for not giving a full score, the WiFi is free but is very slow and only available in public areas, not in the room. I had an eSIM which I needed to upload any videos etc. A second slight moan, although you are given an information leaflet with plenty of detail I was charged €10 for a replacement door card when I lost it on an excursion. It is listed on the sheet but I’ve never been charged for a simple plastic card anywhere in the world. There is another plastic card which you hand in for a pool towel which again says a €10. charge if you fail to return it. I would highly recommend this hotel providing you are healthy enough to cope with the inclines, there is nothing around the resort so everything will involve a taxi ride to get to anything. One final comment, the holiday makers were mostly Italians and Russians with a few Middle Eastern guests. I was there for two weeks and only saw one other British couple who went home and left me as the only Brit for about 8/14 days. It didn’t bother me as it was what I wanted but be aware if you want to be amongst Brits maybe this isn’t the place for you.
