Food quality!!!
Having previously stayed at the hotel a number of times when it was the Iberotel, we and our friend were bitterly disappointed by the poor quality and choice of the food on offer now that it is a Jaz hotel!!!
Out of this world, we will be returning in two years time, can't wait
All the staff were out of this world, could not do enough for you, so very helpful. Check in and out was very professional. To name some one special was our cleaner in room 4221 was Mr Mohamed El Seadawy. He did our room to a very high standard nothing we could or would complain about. If we needed something that we didn't have but needed it he made sure we got it. He would also leave designs with towels etc on our bed when we returned at the end of the day. Mr Mohamed was always a ray of sunshine and so happy to please.

Lovely holiday
The staff without exception were above and beyond care respect and friendliness I can’t speak highly enough of them The hotel was very clean the rooms ,were spacious and clean with every amenities you would need beds very comfortable . My only gripe if it’s a gripe at all was the 5 am call to prayer . The mosque which is beautiful is but very close to the hotel I liked all the calls to prayer . I would recommend ear plugs if you Doint want to wake up at 5 am ish each morning . Otherwise we loved it close to old Sharm town

Relaxing and enjoyable
I’ve visited this hotel numerous times due to the fact it’s quiet and not overcrowded. The beach is private and kept clean. Rooms are fabulous, with clean bedding daily and towels. Restaurants are great . The staff are all friendly and welcoming. I will be back again as it’s like my 2nd home.
