Stayed at Jaz Elite palace in Sharm. Place is amazingly clean, staff are the best I have ever met. They could not help anymore if they tried. Food was very good always something you like. Can not recommend enough. Hope you visit and enjoy
Just had the most amazing 10 days here, lovely hotel ,great room we had room 2212 overlooking the pool , easy access to pool bars, restaurants and beach All staff we met lovely friendly and helpful, special shout out to pool bar Muhammad Ali ? Worked hard all day keeping us hydrated always happy and cheerful Main dinning area Mahdy Mohammad who again very kind and helpful always friendly, we purposely sat in his area if we could Breakfast egg chef who always knew our poached egg order and made us lovely fresh eggs every day. Overall hotel small and quiet perfect for us Room was great massive bed cleaned and fresh towels daily Food lovely in all the restaurants we ate at both speciality restaurants during our stay Lots of choice in the buffet for breakfast lunch and dinner Lovey fresh lunches at the beach bar too Entertainment team friendly always came around saying hello everyday , we didn’t join in but enjoyed the singers of the evenings Would I recommend this hotel ABSOLUTELY Will I go back ABSOLUTELY
Staff at the Jaz Elite Palace cannot do enough for their guests. From the cleaning staff to the hotel manager and everyone in between are the most helpful, polite, respectful and generally the friendliest hotel staff I have ever met. The place is extremely clean. The food is good always something that you would like. Will be back.
Our first visit to this hotel and we will be back. It’s spotless, food can be repetitive but plenty of places to eat. Staff are very friendly. Plenty of sun beds around the pool and on the beach, atmosphere is very chilled, no need to rush to get a bed. Rooms are spacious, shower is hit and miss with hot and cold water. The old town is a stones throw away, security will stop traffic so you can cross the road. Ask at reception for a taxi to Soho Square only 30 minutes ride away, price is very reasonable. They also have a private beach you can book a boat ride return journey. Entertainment team try hard in the day, evening isn’t so good but that’s not what you go on holiday for. Our room over looked one of the evening entertainment areas and the pool, it was nice to sit I the balcony in the evening. Come 11pm it is very quiet. We will definitely be back.
I'll get STRAIGHT to the point What a SURPRISE this place was. Food was spot on, it was lovely and hot, with plenty choices to choose from. People and hotel staff were really nice and friendly. You'll get people coming round to try and make a living by selling things however a POLITE NO JUST ONCE WORKED. Weather was scorching with a beautiful beachfront setting.
