An ok experience at xperience sea breeze
Stayed here 23-30 September 2026 We are two couples staying both couples over 55
Generally an ok stay No real issues and no complaints based on price paid It's ratings with easy jet is 5 star. Having stayed at other Easy Jet 5 star. Sorry but this is probably 4 at best. The entrance is a bit underwhelming compared to others we have stayed. In.. No wow factor! It has few negatives and many positives though We booked two double sea view, we were in block 16. Our flight was delayed and we arrived tired close to midnight expecting the usual cart to our room, but instead directed to where our rooms were- block 16. The walk from reception is fairly long and the little bus had finished for the night We could not face the walk back (uphill) so the reception staff who brought our luggage said he would send room service in 20 mins. We waited over an hour and a half before cold rice and chicken was delivered.
Rooms the view was nice 1611 & 1628. Room adequate and our cleaner Esak was lovely. Beds comfortable. TV had English movies and news Bathroom had usual free toiletries. Shower hot and plenty of water pressure. Towels were ok
Patio door was a nightmare as it was very hard to open /close. Other than that room fine. Bottled water always available in room, however not at reception or pool areas in bottles. General areas of hotel were again acceptable. Reception staff were helpful. Internet we managed ok but it is a bit unreliable at times.
No mosquito bites for our group of four. Hotel has no control over this, but worth mentioning
Pools, we mainly used the pool that has the water slide and again no issues. Some sunbeds were way past their best though.
Drinks we are not big drinkers so didn't have cocktails. The G&T was OK. The coke/fanta/sprite poured from large bottles which again fine.
The tiered beach area for me was disappointing the sand is gritty, the layout of beds cramped making it not a very relaxing area.
Tiran restaurant , this was the biggest disappointment for me. The selection is fairly limited and the restaurant is cramped. The tables are too close to the food selection area and too close to each other. We used the Zen restaurant on our first morning for breakfast and again disappointed with food. Speciality restaurant
- Mongolian surprisingly good
- Indian again was good. This was outside by the pool with the slide.
- Bbq at Zen Bar, this was ok
Spa, we booked massages and again good One of the days the steam room was out of action. Another day the water in jacuzzi has not been heated. The spa is having work done on it so perhaps teething issues Lovely lady Ronya in Spa The staff do chat lot to each other whilst doing massages which can be a bit off putting, but minor point.
Entertainment we watched a couple of shows and they seemed as good as others we have watched at other hotels. The entertainment team were proactive but not pushy.
The staff we encountered were all superb! The guys who drive the bus were amazing. The staff in the main lounge bar were fab. Our favourite was Shady (slim shady) in the Tiran restaurant. On the whole the hotel was good value for what we paid. We probably won't return to this hotel, reasons
- Location -the shops opposite and the general area outside are not that good.
- Food choice & quality compared to others we have stayed in recently in Sharm was not the best.

I wouldn’t class it as a 5 star..I arrived late and was given room service of cold rice and chicken, which I didn’t eat . The staff was very attentive and helpful. Entertainment was average - got bored with it A photographer and a particular spa rep, persistent nuisance, just don’t understand no, very off putting.4

Lovely 10 days in Sharm
Just back from 10 days at this lovely hotel.
We stayed in a sea view room which was really big. Our cleaner Ezhak did an amazing job and left us lots of lovely creations with the towels 😀.
The WiFi is really strong in the reception areas but unfortunately was practically non-existent in our room.
The resort is really big. There are 5 pools, 3 of which are quite small and between blocks. The pool nearest the beach has lots of activities during the day and has a pool bar. The pool nearer reception is big but very quiet. It does play music but there isn’t activities there. There is a bar and a snack bar. The pool man Romany was really helpful and looked after us in selecting our sunbeds and the waiter Mounir was always on hand to keep us hydrated. The staff at this resort are all so helpful and friendly and work exceptionally hard.
The food in the hotel is to a good standard and there are different themes every night. Amer made exceptional omelettes at breakfast.
Aside from the buffet restaurant there is also the Mongolian grill restaurant which was really good, the Indian restaurant was nice however my husband was disappointed as the tandoori dish didn’t come with sauce so was quite bland however and there is also a bbq which was really good.
The entertainment in the evening was fine and there is something every night. There is a bar in reception that you can watch football and also provides snacks during the day. The waiter Reda was excellent.
There are a couple of shops in the hotel and quite a few across the road too.
We did a couple of trips through a local agent. The Ras Mohammed and White Island boat trip - wouldn’t really recommend as it was too long. A romantic dinner cruise - which wasn’t romantic in the slightest was a party cruise which would be good if that’s your thing, however not ours. We did the buggy ride which was really good.
The hotel runs a shuttle bus in the evening to Naama Bay and Soho Square. These can be booked up quite quickly.
All in all we had a great time and would heartily recommend this hotel.

Great time
Had an amazing time here the staff are friendly and always willing to help. The entertainment team were also very friendly. Only back a week and wish we was still there

Bar staff amazing
We stayed for 9 nights mid September and It was a lovely hotel, the pools were big and lots of sun beds, the lifeguard always came over with a fresh towel for us and allowed us to have the same sun beds the whole holiday, the Al a cartes were nice and we went to all 3. Yousef at the swim up pool bar was amazing, always came round to see if you wanted a drink even if you wasn’t in the pool and served everyone quick at the pool bar, Reda in your bar was fabulous, we never had to queue for a drink and he always made sure a drink was in front us, made sure he always said hi and checked on us and we got on with him really well.
The only down side was the reception and the housekeeping, one night we got the bus to soho square which picked us up at 10:30pm however the bus didn’t show up, we got to the pick up location at 10:20pm and walked up and down to find it till 10:50pm until we decided to get a taxi back, when I spoke to reception they asked for my room number and said he will speak to management and be in touch but we never heard anything. Another thing was the room towels, for 4 days I think we got given 1 towel between 2 of us along with 2 smaller hand towels and a floor towel mat, but our rooms phone didn’t work to ring reception (previously got told they’ll fix it and never) and it was a far walk to reception so we did deal with the limited towels for a few days until we got 1 big towel and no other towels so I told reception, they again said someone will come to fix the phone (they never I ended up fixing it in the end) and bring some towels, I waited 45 minutes and then rang to ask where the towels are, they said 5 minutes, 30 minutes past and still no towels, by that time I was dressed and ready to go out so again spoke to reception about it but not sure what time we finally go towels as we was out the room.
Apart from that it was a lovely hotel and the bar staff are really good at their job.
