White Hills Resort

Me and my daughter have just returned from the white hills hotel and we had a lovely 8 days here..

Check in was quick and we were welcomed with drinks and a cold towel nice little touch. Then we were taken to our room. We stayed in room 35305, room was clean and spacious with a view onto the adults pool and sea. Our cleaner was friendly and would make us towel origami every day. The fridge filled daily with drinks and fresh towels.

What makes this hotel a special place is the staff who work very hard to make the guests feel welcomed and management go round checking on staff daily to make sure everything is ok and if they need anything.

Shania and the other animations team are fun, friendly and get everyone involved.but aren't pushy. The nightly entertainment is great from shows to party nights and again the animations team are fantastic at getting people up dancing and they have the best dance moves.

My favourite spot was the adult only pool where you can sit and relax it's chilled with no children running around and back ground music. Nader and the pool guys are amazing. They had our sun loungers set for us coming down in the morning and always have a smile on their faces greeting guests. Nader works hard and goes around with cool boxes with drinks so people don't need to get up and down to the bar. The pool guys gave guests cold towels to cool down and would move the beds and parasol if you need shade from the sun. You can also get lunch here and food was very nice.

Food at hotel was very good and lots of options from buffet to the alacart restaurant. We booked into the Asian, Mediterranean and Indian and had lovely meals at all. Manager at the Mediterranean set us up a table with balloons. Mohamad and Mahmoud at the Buffet restaurant would make us a table up and bring us over fruit and carry our plates and pour our drinks. Ahmed in the Indian restaurant was so lovely and would check if we needed anything even if passing the restaurant.

It's a short walk to Soho square and tal avenue is right on the door step. This is where some of the entertainment is held. The carnival and party night were fantastic. With street market where u can get popcorn cheroes etc all at no extra cost. As well as crisps and nuts also available at hotel bar with no extra cost.

We only went to beach once and booked a cabana but water was lovely and the sun loungers at the beach are lovely with padded loungers. Only negative I would say is they don't have padded loungers at the pools.

Check out was quick and you can get late check out. Unfortunately due to how many check out they had on our departure day we couldn't keep our room but we could still use all facilities and shower in the spa.

We had the best 8 days at the white hills and would definitely return. Thank you for making our holiday feel so special

We arrived back from this stunning hotel last weekend, and what a wonderful 12 nights we had. We were greeted with a fresh drink on arrival, check in was very smooth, the hotel was spotlessly clean and so beautiful. The swim up pools get cleaned daily, along with the main pools, they even wash the umbrellas. There was a large amount of food choice at the buffet and if there is something you like that you can not see, just ask them and they will do their best to bring it to you. I liked the fact that no matter how long you are staying for you have unlimited à la carte reservations, our favourite was Clove, the Indian restaurant. Shout out to Sandeep & Ahmed. The staff at this hotel are outstanding and can not do enough for you, nothing is to much trouble, they really do go above and beyond. We really did not feel the need to do Posh Club as was treating so amazing anyway.

The Entertainment staff were amazing and good fun, I like how they came round each day to inform you of what was going on day and night, but never pushed you to get involved if you didn’t want to. There were some fabulous shows and such a great atmosphere each evening.

A few special mentions: Olivia… you were amazing and thoroughly helped with anything we may need and always with a warm smile to greet us. Thank you…. Oh and your hair 😍

Mustafa… what can I say, what a man, what a phenomenal head chef who really did go above anything we would ever expect, and we can’t thank you enough for that.

To our wonderful housekeepers, Eid and Alaa, we enjoyed coming back to our room each evening as it always looked amazing and fresh and the towel designs were such a great compliment to our room, very talented young men. Thank you very much.

It was my first time to Egypt and I can’t wait to return without hesitation to this wonderful hotel. Thank you to each and every one of you for making it a trip to remember 😀
