5 Stars!!!!! All the way.
Amazing facilities, staff, service! Good food, plenty of choice and wanted for nothing. SOHO square was great for shops, bars and restaurants too. We’ll be back for sure.
Management please recognise Hany Saied (Our amazing cleaner) was truly top class. He deserves a pay rise, a bonus, a promotion and a proper pat on the back as he made us feel so welcome to the SAVOY Hotel & Egypt and was a great ambassador.
The Concierge / Taxi service staff were also great and we got dropped off at various locations from the Savoy into Soho which was fab.
Not forgetting the Staff at the Queen Vic (English Pub) in SOHO Sq were great and not least L' Entrecote Steak House was proper special. We were looked after like Royalty by all the staff there and visited 3 nights in 1 week. The Fillet Mignon was so heavenly definitely recommend.

An unforgettable stay from start to finish!
I would like to thank the entire team for making my stay so special — from the reception staff to everyone working at the restaurant and housekeeping. Everyone was incredibly kind, welcoming, and attentive. A special thank you to Rasha, Michelle, Remon , merna and Mr. Atef from housekeeping. And my apologies if I forgot to mention any names every single person I met truly made a difference. Honestly, I couldn’t find a single thing to complain about. The food was absolutely delicious, the whole place was peaceful and relaxing, and the atmosphere was exactly what I needed. And of course, the Red Sea and the diving experience with Coach Osama made the stay even more unforgettable. 🤿❤️ Overall, it was one of those stays that you simply don’t want to end a perfect combination of comfort, relaxation, amazing people, great food, and an incredible sea. Thank you to everyone for an experience I’ll never forget. I’ll definitely be back! ❤️

Great stay at Savoy hotel
The location is great, being right outside soho square is amazing with access to great shops and stores, just make sure you haggle a good price, what stood out to me was the al a carte resturants you are offered for free with your stay.
Just wanted to give a big shout out to Carlos for helping us with our luggage from when we stayed and when we left, overall very informative and helpful person
