Great hospitality and amazing service
We had an amazing stay at Savoy Hotel. Everything exceeded our expectations, from the beautiful facilities to the outstanding level of service. A special thank you to all the staff for their kindness, professionalism, and warm hospitality. Everyone was incredibly friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with a smile. A special thank you to the entire restaurant team for their outstanding hospitality and exceptional service. We would especially like to thank all the chefs, with special recognition to Chef Samir and Chef Ahmed. Chef Ahmed makes the most delicious and fluffiest pancakes we’ve ever had—they were absolutely amazing! Our kids loved the teddy bear he made for them every day. Your kindness, professionalism, and attention to every detail made every meal a truly enjoyable experience. Thank you all for making our stay so special. We can’t wait to visit again! The food was delicious, with a great variety of high-quality dishes, and the service was exceptional. Very good service in restaurants and rooms , rasha is very kind and caring , hany in the restaurants is so kind to and very kind employees but rather than this the service is very slow and more employees should be hired.
Great Resort - Excellent location & professional staff
We had an amazing stay at Savoy Resort! The location is perfect, and the resort is exceptionally clean, comfortable, and cozy.
What made our stay truly special was the outstanding staff. Everyone was welcoming, friendly, helpful, and professional. A special thank you to Mohammed, Hesham and Elena at the front desk. Thanks to Rasha Ahmad and Makarios at Tiran Restaurant for their excellent service and warm hospitality. We also appreciate Mina, Sameh, Kerolos, and Hany at the restaurants for always being attentive, professional, and genuinely caring. A special thanks to Yostina from Guest Relations for being so friendly, professional, and always ready to assist.
We truly enjoyed every moment of our stay and highly recommend Savoy Resort to anyone visiting Sharm El Sheikh. We look forward to returning!
A beautiful experience at a new place

Honestly the food is amazing, everyone at the restaurant is so nice. The pool is calm, relaxing and with amazing service. A huge thank you to everyone we got to know and made our experience exceptional.
