Absolutely Fabularse!!! We have visited many times and cannot praise this Hotel and the Staff enough. Always made to feel welcome..like going back to see old friends. The staff are wonderful ...we are always extremely well looked after ..especially by Argi who makes splendid Cosmopolitans 😊 The guys around the pool are awesome too and work tirelessly in the heat. We will definately back in June next year ..Much love and thanks again to everyone X
My business partner and I have just concluded an 8-day stay at the Royal Savoy Sharm El Sheik with a S-class ultra all included, and I must say it was an exceptional experience. The quality of service and food provided is outstanding, and the warmth and cordiality shown by the entire staff made us feel truly welcome from the moment we arrived. I would like to extend a special mention to Bishoy at the reception, Ahmed Ali at the beach and the girl at breakfast from Philippines (don't remember the name but was so professional and kind I would have loved to invite her to work with me in Italy). They were all remarkably kind, polite, and professional throughout our stay. Their dedication to ensuring our comfort was outstanding and truly made our visit unforgettable. The cleaning staff also made an excellent job by cleaning our room daily in a perfect way! This is my second time at the Royal Savoy, and it certainly will not be my last. It is a place where we feel genuinely at ease, and we are already looking forward to our next visit. I highly recommend it to anyone seeking a premier experience.
I highly recommend this establishment. The administration is incredibly responsive, attentive, and professional, which made organizing my stay so much easier. A special thanks to Mr. Emad, who went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, and also to Mr. Beshoy for his outstanding hospitality and support. The entire staff shows a true commitment to service, and the welcome was flawless. Everything was perfect, and I would definitely stay here again!
We stayed at the Royal Savoy in Sharm El Sheikh during the last week of June, and from the moment we walked into the hotel until we arrived back home, the whole experience was simply amazing. A very special thank you to Ahmed at the Royal Savoy reception. He was so polite, professional, helpful and understanding of my particular situation. We had booked a Junior Suite, which had a lovely view, but it was a bit of a walk to the main Royal Savoy reception, breakfast area and beach. Ahmed kindly showed us different room options, and we decided to upgrade to a Panoramic View room. It was absolutely stunning, luxurious, spacious, with a beautiful large terrace and breathtaking views. Thank you, Ahmed, for taking such wonderful care of both me and my husband. To be honest, every member of the reception team was fantastic, and Daria from the concierge deserves a very special mention. She is such a beautiful person with the kindest heart, truly an angel on earth. Thank you, Daria, for taking the time to talk with me and for simply being such a wonderful human being. People like you make holidays unforgettable. The hotel itself is beautiful. The gardens are immaculately maintained, full of lovely flowers, palm trees and elegant statues that add the perfect finishing touch to the surroundings. Everything, both inside and outside the hotel, was spotlessly clean. The staff work incredibly hard throughout the day, and it really shows. One of the biggest advantages of the Royal Savoy is that it is an adults-only hotel. It was peaceful, private and relaxing and that's what i exactlyneeded. There were always plenty of sunbeds available around the pools and on the beach. As soon as you arrived, the staff would bring you a cooler filled with water and soft drinks. The sunbeds were very comfortable, and even included a towel to use as a pillow. The pool and beach staff were constantly checking if guests needed anything and always served with a smile. I can't remember everyone's names, and I wish I had written them down, but I would like to thank every member of the beach and pool team. A special thank you goes to Ahmed at the pool, who organised a wonderful birthday surprise with beautiful decorations. He is such an amazing young man, always helpful, thoughtful, available and genuinely caring. I should also mention that this was our first time visiting Sharm El Sheikh, as we normally go on holiday to our favourite, beautiful Sahl Hasheesh near Hurghada. The only small negative in Sharm for me was the beach itself. If you enjoy relaxing and swimming directly from a sandy beach into the sea, this may not be ideal, as the shoreline is protected by coral reefs and you need to use the floating pontoon to access the deeper water. However, my husband absolutely loved it. He spent hours snorkelling and was amazed by the beautiful, colourful fish and incredible underwater world, it really is like swimming in a giant aquarium. For me personally, I still prefer the sandy beaches of Hurghada, but I completely understand why Sharm El Sheikh is such a paradise for snorkelling and diving enthusiasts. The food was excellent throughout our stay. Breakfast was served in the Royal Savoy restaurant, which was peaceful and quiet. There was a fantastic selection of fresh fruit, vegetables, pastries and hot dishes. Everything was fresh and delicious. The chef preparing the omelettes and pancakes was always polite and friendly. I was actually very happy that we didn't have to use the main Savoy restaurant for breakfast, as I really appreciated the quieter adults-only atmosphere. For lunch, there were several restaurants to choose from across the resort. We tried almost all of them except the seafood restaurant, as I don't eat seafood. During our last couple of days, we also enjoyed lunch by the pool, which was excellent. The food was delicious, portions were very generous and, most of the time, I couldn't even finish my meal. Dinner was another highlight. There is an incredible choice of restaurants, both within the Savoy resort and at Soho Square. Again, we tried almost all of them except the seafood and Chinese restaurants. Our absolute favourite was the Turkish restaurant. A big thank you to Sheriff, who looked after us so well, and compliments to the chef for the outstanding food. We also really enjoyed the Hot Rock, Egyptian, Indian and Thai restaurants. In fact, we only ate once in the main Savoy buffet restaurant on the evening we arrived because there were so many wonderful à la carte options available. Although we're not big drinkers, we enjoyed spending time in the Royal Savoy reception bar. Thank you to the gentleman whose name I unfortunately forgot, who always served me the most delicious pink sparkling wine with orange juice. I would also like to mention a very talented artist Michael located inside the shopping centre by the fountain at Soho Square. He creates beautiful hand-painted portraits on leather and can paint almost anything you request. He is a humble and genuinely lovely gentleman. He painted a portrait of my beloved daughter for me, and I am beyond grateful. It is absolutely beautiful and something I will treasure forever. I think that Royal Savoy management should definitely collaborate with Michael. Overall, our stay at the Royal Savoy was exceptional. The peaceful adults-only atmosphere, beautiful gardens, luxurious accommodation, excellent food and, above all, the genuinely kind and caring staff made this one of the best holidays we have ever had. Thank you to everyone who made our stay so special. We would recommend the Royal Savoy 100% and sincerely hope to return again very soon.
