Meraki Sharm El Sheikh

Were still here and we're not leaving LOL. First time holiday to Egypt. 10 family members of all age groups (20-69) staying at the Adult only Maraki Sharm El-Sheikh. (Check in ) took about 50 minutes as we were a large group with 5 different room types. But we were comfortable in the A/C lobby with several drink options offered which was a nice start. (Food ) all A la carte style restaurants. the quality of the food, I was surprised at to be honest, is very good with lots of options. None of us had any issues with getting something to eat. (Drinks) the only negative I can give. Its locally produced alcohol which if you're used to your own certain drink back home its not going to be the same. I believe there is an option to book a certain type of room which does cover premium alcohol but we didn't book that category room. (Staff) Wow! where to start! Not one Staff member can we fault. Everyone we met and dealt with were absolutely amazing.The manager Mr Hossam at Munchery restaurant and his staff,all of them were a fantastic team. Laughing and joking with us,nothing was a problem ever! I can't single out one staff member because that would be unfair on the rest of the staff who had made this holiday special with their attitude and professionalism. They work so hard to make sure you are happy. They went out their way to arrange a table of 10 every time we walked through the door. They organised a birthday cake at one of the A La carte restaurants we had booked which was a nice touch. (Rooms) a slight delay in getting the correct rooms on check in but were assured it would be rectified next day which it was. We were very happy with the room and we were so lucky to have Muhammad as our room attendant. What a fantastic young man who made our room like new every day with lovely artwork with towels and flower petals. Very polite and a credit to the hotel. (Pool) this is where we spend most of our days in the relax pool. Ali the pool/lifeguard was amazing we were all so lucky that he looked after us. Thank you ALI we all Love you ♥️ Special thanks to Mina at the pool bar he's looked after us all with a constant smile and is definitely a credit to the hotel. Also liked the fact management do daily walk rounds asking if everything OK.
(Bars) these guys work so hard with a constant smile . Velocity bar (sports bar) the staff are so friendly and welcoming and like to have a laugh with you the food is also good in there. We loved the chicken burgers and cheeseburgers. chicken strips onion rings and fries all very good and cooked perfectly. You won't go hungry at this hotel. Suggest if your unsure what to get at meal times just order both we did and it isn't a problem. At first we thought the hotel might be a bit younger crowd when it was booked. But its far from being suited to the younger guests. Plenty of older people who had a great time talking to them. If your worried about looking old and out of place , don't be !! You will love it.

Our stay at the Meraki Hotel in August was a true discovery! From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed, and the check-in process was quick and hassle-free, creating a great first impression. The hotel grounds are stunning, well-maintained, with lush greenery and cozy relaxation spots. The restaurants offered a diverse and delicious menu, featuring both local and international cuisine. Breakfasts were particularly impressive, with fresh fruits, pastries, and hot dishes available daily. With three pools, each offering a unique atmosphere, we enjoyed plenty of time by the water. Evening entertainment was lively, with dances, games, and contests that kept us engaged. The staff were exceptionally kind and attentive, making us feel right at home. Meraki is more than just a hotel; it’s a place you want to return to. We left with unforgettable memories and positive emotions. Highly recommended for anyone seeking the perfect getaway!
