A place that feels like family
This is the only hotel I have ever felt truly sad to leave. There is such a warm, family-like atmosphere, with so many activities, entertainment, and wonderful people. I cannot thank the whole team enough. I already miss them, and I really hope to come back one day with the people I love.

An amazing vacation
An absolutely amazing experience! The atmosphere and overall vibe of the resort were incredible, and I especially loved the variety of activities available. The facilities were beautiful, very clean, and well-maintained. The service was truly exceptional, with the staff being attentive, friendly, and professional throughout my stay. I also loved the location — it’s very convenient and close to the airport, which was a big plus.
I really enjoyed my stay and had an unforgettable experience. The only things I would suggest improving are the soundproofing, as it could get a little noisy during sleeping hours, and the comfort of the beds and rooms. Making the rooms more comfortable and better insulated from outside noise would make the experience even more perfect.
Overall, I had an amazing time and would definitely love to come back!

Great Vibe - Poor room cleanliness
Positives - Great vibe and location. Layout of resort works well. It didn’t feel crowded or isolated. Good variety of music and bar staff were great! Both pools and pool areas were perfect, one ideal for chilling, the other perfect for swimming / party vibe. Resort cleanliness outdoors was to a good standard, including toilets. Soaps and shower gels smelt great. Despite food being hit and miss, breakfast buffet was ideal. The reef is small but has lots of marine life. Gym is small but has most expected kit and equipment for both strength and CV (some dumbbells were missing unfortunately). Spa massage was very good. Most issues are dealt with abruptly by calling reception. Facilities on site are easily accessible. General vibe / energy across the resort is really nice and relaxed. Site app is helpful and useful - worth downloading!
Negatives - Room cleanliness however was awful - even after tipping cleaner and asking for bathroom to be cleaned, it wasn’t rectified (lipstick and all types of body hairs on floor and walls). Curtains were filthy and scuffs, dirt and marks across all furniture, walls, surfaces and floor in my room (would benefit from a deep clean/repaint/maintenance). Food was hit and miss (personal preference, but shakshuka, sausages and tiramisu for example aren’t traditional/conventional). Service across the resort was inconsistent. Some staff were helpful and very polite and friendly. Others lacked respect… one waiter was openly mocking the way a guest walked and mocked their appearance - very shameless about it too. Some staff were appreciative of tips, others didn’t seem so appreciative. (could be a language barrier/cultural response). Check-in was very abrupt, rushed and lacked the warm and relaxed welcome - first impressions matter!
Summary - Meraki Resort in Sharm has the potential to be a fantastic 5 star resort. However, lack of room cleanliness and inconsistency of service (depending on whom you interact with) let it down. If you can manage your expectations and just go with it, it’s a great resort with lots to do, or simply do nothing - the choices are there and I would consider returning. If there’s one word to sum it up, it’s all about the vibe! 🙌 🎵 ☀️ 🍸 🏖️ 🐠 🥘 💃 🛌 🌺 🌴 - 🇪🇬
