Gorgeous hotel, brilliant service from Abdel Rahman with towel art we received some beautiful creations and our room was spotlessly clean, huge thanks Abdel.

Amazing holiday 💯👌
My partner and I stayed at Jaz Neo Sharks Bay for a week in October and honestly such a fantastic place. 🤩 ✨️ The hotel is located literally 5-10mins from the Airport which is convenient especially arriving at night. 🌙Upon arrival finding our transport was smooth, no complications, very well organised. ✔️ Since we arrived 21:00-21:30ish (past dinner time) the guys at Reception told us there a late dinner for us which was music to our ears. 😌 Our room was nice and clean (thank you for the towel art too 😊) though we had a bit of issue with water supply which was fixed soon after reported. The staff is so friendly, everyone went over and beyond to make our holiday unforgettable. 💯 👌 Since I'm gluten intolerant, I was worried (haven't seen much of a review re food allergy) but the Master Chef came along with me every day and helped choosing the food I could have plus he offered to make the food I liked without gluten. 🥹Staff brought different kind of desserts to our table that was safe for me to eat. What a service 👏 👌 Everyone took my allergy very seriously, which I'm very grateful for 🙏 the food overall was vary and tasty 😋 Entertainment every night was different and really good 👍 🌟 The Hotel Taxi located in the hall is also convenient and relatively cheap, saving the hassle outside the hotel. 🚕 Thank you very much Mohamed for the gluten free cake and all of your effort, you definitely made my birthday special 🎂 😊

Not quite a 4* experience.
I think calling this hotel 4* is a little bit of a stretch which is a shame. It is a good budget option however the marketing around it having a pool is false and you have to get a 10 minute shuttle to the neighbouring resort in order to visit the beach. You’re unable to get food at the neighbouring resort so would be unable to spend the entire day there which is also a shame. Overall the experience was a positive one with super kind and attentive staff, a good buffet three times a day and a good sized pool. Pretty much all the activities eg. Billiards, golf, etc. came with an additional cost which is not made clear through marketing either. Plus there were a lot of guest who were chain smoking everywhere that was outdoors which means as a non-smoker you’re constantly breathing that in. They would really benefit from smoking and non-smoking outdoor spaces.
