Great place - High quality
Wife and I stayed 2 weeks 15th - 29th july 2026.
We chose this hotel due to reviews praising the food, and a review from a guy stating that he has been returning as a guest for more than 15 years.

The food is really, really good. It is so full of flavour. There is a great variety of dishes, and the headchef Mohamed enjoyes making sure that you will find everything to your likings. I’ve attached pictures of the buffet as of the evening of the 26th of june, including the grill outside and chef Aldo ready to make plates with servings of delicious fruits.
We recommend that you try out whatever the staff suggests or even brings you. You will be pleasently surprised whether it is a piece of chocolate, a falafel or some other dish. Again the flavour of the food in this place is amazing. I’ve attached a picture of a croissant with cheese melted and with honey on top that headchef Mohamed brought to our table this morning - Delicious!!!)

The hotel has a shuttlebus that drives you back and forth to the Beach of Jaz Belvedere. It is a wonderfull Beach. We did not see many big fish in the waters but we did see some. A picture of one is attached. (It is approx 35 cm) The busride takes 15 minutes but that is not a problem. The reason for this is the busdriver, Ali, who is the maindriver. He is such a happy person. He greets all with “hello” several times. Both entering and leaving the bus. During the busride he will most likely tell stories in egyptian or sing along to the radio. We have had absolutely no idea what he is saying or singing about during our stay (which we presume goes for the vast majority of the other passengers) but is has not mattered. On the contrary - Ali is one big happy smile, and if you we’re not having a wonderfull day already, the sun will be bright and a smile will be upon your face, when you leave the bus. All busdrivers should be obliged to spend a day with Ali, if you ask me.

The evenings are well spent on the terracce where Mohamed (another Mohamed) will gladly stir up delicious drinks that you may enjoy while watching the airplanes land in the night. Quite astounding view actually - in the pitch black sky with stars above the lights appear in the distance until the planes pass by. So near that you sense that you can almost touch them, but yet so far away that you dont hear them in your room sleeping.

Our room 333 was attended by Mohamed (a third Mohamed). Not only did he do a good job cleaning the room, changing towels etc. From day one he made a tremendous effort to make this a fabulous stay, starting with bringing us various items, that we like to have extra of while staying in a hotel. I will not attach pictures of all the things he did, simply because I will not spoil it for you, but I can tell you that my wife especially was very excited about the creations that greeted us on most days.
We also need to give praise to the rest of the staff, espacially Taher, Hesham and Hamed who all served upon us several times during our stay, always with a smile.

We had a wonderful one-week stay at Jaz Neo Sharks Bay in Room 319. The hotel was clean, well-maintained, and the staff made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The food offered a good variety, the pools were great, and the location was perfect for a relaxing vacation.
A special thank you goes to our housekeeper, Abdulrahman, who took excellent care of our room every day. Room 319 was always spotless, fresh, and beautifully prepared. His friendliness, professionalism, and attention to detail made our stay even more enjoyable.
We truly appreciated the excellent service from the entire team and would happily recommend Jaz Neo Sharks Bay to anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing holiday. We hope to return again in the future!
Amazing
We came in July this is our 4th visit to this hotel , it was amazing as always. The staff are amazing . We was a bit upset to hear mostafa had left the hotel we was really looking forward to seeing him again , he looked after us on our previous visits to this hotel please bring him back !!! Food is was amazing as always. Hotel in general is the best we due back in September for two weeks . Well done Jaz sharks bay
Outstanding hotel
We booked to come to Egypt not really knowing what to expect, apart from it been seriously hot. Rooms: 5/5 | Service: 5/5 | Location: 4/5
Rooms We stayed in room 330 you entered by key card, you recieve one card. The rooms were immaculately clean. We had a balcony room which looked out onto the pool. There was a table, two chairs and a drying facility attached to the wall. This room was the largest of all the rooms. Plenty of tea, coffee and hot chocolate which was topped up everyday if you wished. In the room was a fridge, a safe which was free, tv and a hairdryer. We had a queen sized bed which was extremely comfortable with plump pillows and cool cotton crisp sheets. If you wished your linen to be changed there is a card at the bedside that you put on your pillow. You get daily a full size bottle of water in your room. My Husband was Diabetic so we asked for extra water, it was no trouble. The lovely touches were the towel animals that Ahmed surprised us with.
Nearby activities If you wanted to do anything different to the on-site activities, which were different cultured dancers every night. Then after a singer or musician. It was only a short taxi ride to Soho Square which cost £10.00. There you will find designer shops, eateries and lots of trinket type shops. There is an incredible light show with the fountains, I would say for a good twenty minutes. All the res of the square was lit up like something magical. Another place which was about twenty mins in taxi was Little Hard Rock Cafe in Nama Bay. Fabulous Karaoke, great food and lush alcohol. You can book to go there for 3hrs all inclusive drinks for £20 each If you have time the Shopping there is also a great place. Just to add there are a few shops upstairs in the hotel. You can buy cloths, sun cream. beautiful artefacts and lush perfume oils. We sat with Ali and Mamood in his shop last night and had tea with them both whilst I chose the most decadent perfumed oil as a lovely gift from my Husband.
Safety The safety is like nothing you see back home. Nobody gets in or out without walking through a scanner. You see Security Guards on site too. The pool area has life rings around the pool and the pool opens at 8am every morning and closes at 5pm prompt. All day the Life Guard walks around the pool making sure everyone is kept safe and happy on their holiday. I felt really safe on my sun bed, the Life Guard always made sure I had a sun bed which was higher, it was ready as soon as he saw me. I don't know his name but he made my holiday so much easier and safer around the pool.
Walkability Now I'm a Disabled Lady who walks around with a stick and to be honest if I had seen this hotel properly we probably would have carried on looking. two floors with a lot of stairs. We were offered a lower floor, but it was my choice to keep the upper floor. All the flooring is very flat and the walkways are kept free of any sun beds. Outside the hotel there is nothing if your a person that likes to take a stroll. I would say if you was in good health it would take about 20-30 mins to get to Nama Bay.
Food and drinks Breakfast was well spread out, you could eat until 10:00 am if you wished. There was a station that offered you every egg dish you ask for. It was great watching the Chef prepare your breakfast, you could add anything you wished. That was also were you found delicious pancakes with all tasty toppings. All other meals were either cooked in front of you eg meats, poultry and fish with delicious salads and every potato or rice dish imaginable. Another gorgeous dish was there bolognaise and pastas. If you wanted french fries and pizzas that was an option too. We were served throughout our holiday by Taher, he was so good at his job very attentive. Our drinks of choice were already waiting for us. The drinks flowed whether it be softies or our favourite sex on the beach. The guys behind the bar really knew how to make cocktails, If you want to experience a relaxing, fun, beautiful holiday in Egypt you would be hard pushed to find another incredible place just like Jaz Neo Sharks Bay Hotel.
