Great hotel and destination!!
It was a fantastic hotel. The staff were very helpful, kind and enthusiastic. Ahmed was great at keeping our rooms clean - very friendly and kind. The food was good, snack bar at lunch was great for adults and kids. Good selection in the restaurant. Entertainment was good - live singers, dance routines etc. Abdo was amazing behind the bar - always brought drinks for us and the alcohol was great! The entertainment staff such as Amir and Mido were fabulous too! Location is great, 10 mins from Soho Square, close to the beach and you can get a free shuttle to the sister hotel and use their private beach. Sharky is the excursion guy from TUI who is great to go to for boat trips and desert quad biking and camel riding. Overall for the price, it’s a great option for a holiday.

Holiday at Jaz Neo Sharks bay
We have had an absolutely fantastic time at jaz neo sharks bay , the hotel staff and everything is perfect , especially Moustafa who looked after our room nothing was too much trouble, and he mad the most amazing towel art for us daily xx we would definitely recommend and we would return again x

we stayed in jaz neo sharks bay hotel, the cleaning staff (ahmed) is really nice and trustworthy! and we had really good towel art everyday which was really good we loved it :) consistent with cleaning rooms and it was a thorough clean. overall really good clean rooms
