We were very pleased with the hotel and especially with the receptionist named Eyad.
Amazing recreation & leisure time
Location and atmosphere is vibrant, sea-shore is beautiful, swimming pool is amazing, rooms, territory, restraunt are always kept clean and shiny, rooms service every day before noon, meals were included, additional three cousins available for fee. Personnel is what I like ❤️ they all are in good mood and ready to support if needed. My family and myself really appreciate service and work of all involved personnel. In case you believe I am tooo positive…well off course there were some annoying things caused by travellers/guests unable to take chairs next to swimming pool)))) making a lot of noise on that …or coming to the table in the restraunt saying oooh sorry it is occupied by us without any sign they have already taken the table 5 minutes ago. So dear colleagues on the rest please be patient during vacation. Special thanks to Eyad & Ahmed on the reception to arrange the things whenever it was needed. We spent our vacation in Egypt and at this hotel for the first time this year. We really liked this hotel: friendly and polite staff, diverse food, and the hotel has everything for a comfortable stay for both adults and children. We will recommend this hotel to all our friends.
