The location is excellent, and the atmosphere is lovely. The rooms are spacious, and the service is excellent. The food is varied and delicious. The staff are friendly and helpful. I highly recommend it.

The receptionist Hisham wasn’t helpful the visa machine didn’t work and he insisted the problem in my cards eventually another receptionist Mustafa solved the problem and sent payment link,Room needs renovation specially the bathroom, the refrigerator smells stinky, the air conditioner is uncontrollable, other wise is excellent food with variety and the beach is great

Everything about our stay was absolutely wonderful! From the beautiful atmosphere and comfortable, clean rooms to the delicious food, excellent amenities, and outstanding service, everything exceeded our expectations. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming & always ready to help. Every detail made our experience special and unforgettable. We truly enjoyed every moment and would definitely love to come back. Highly recommended!

Staff amazing
Location is great for Soho Square just a 10 mins walk or few mins by shuttle from hotel. The restaurant has a variety of foods for all tastes and nationalities. You can always find something to eat even if you're a fussy eater. A shout out to my favourite waiter Mina Youssef whose always happy, smiling, helpful and works so hard clearing and setting tables. He is great, an asset to your team👍 Rooms are spacious, twin beds are comfortable and large. Cleaned everyday by our cleaner Ahmed Elzenary. He makes the room look spotless and leaves lovely towel figures on your bed which is nice to come back to after a long day. My only problem with the room is that there are not enough plug sockets, we had to move the kettle next to the bed. Unplug table lamp so I could plug my chargers or straighteners in. I would recommend bringing an extension lead. Bathroom always clean with fresh towels daily. Beach is lovely on location but you can only paddle ankle deep or swim from the jetty which is very deep. Access to beach is unsuitable for anyone unsteady on feet. Lots of sunbeds and umbrellas. Mohmoud Hagras in the Food bar at the beach is so lovely and friendly. He does the best chips at the hotel. There are a variety of pools which are great. Lots of sunbeds and umbrellas, no problems finding a bed whatever the time of day. Towels are given at Pool and beach areas. Ramez and Mohmoud at the Pool Bar are always helpful and smiling. There is a shuttle to take you from the hotel past the pool down to the beach and back all day, stopping wherever you want. Great service 👏 It can be a struggle to walk as its uphill.
