Wonderful hotel with excellent staff
The trip was wonderful. The rooms were very clean, the food was excellent, and the swimming pool was clean and well-maintained. The reception staff were amazing, polite, and very helpful. I would especially like to thank Mr. Eyad and Mr. Ahmed for their warm welcome, as they made us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived and were incredibly helpful throughout our stay.

My friends and I had a wonderful stay at the hotel in June-July 2026. The service was excellent, and all the staff were friendly, polite, and always willing to help. Everyone made us feel welcome and well cared for throughout our stay.
The restaurant was always clean, well organized, and the food was delicious. It is clear that a lot of effort and dedication goes into maintaining such a high standard every day.
We especially like to highlight Peter’s work. It was always a pleasure to come to the restaurant during his shifts because he created such a warm and positive atmosphere. He welcomed guests with a genuine smile, was always attentive and professional, and had a natural ability to make people feel comfortable and valued.
What stood out most was his calm and kind personality. Even during the busiest breakfast hours, he remained focused, professional, and smiling. His calm kindness and charm gave us the feeling that any problem could be solved and that everything was under control.
Thank you, Peter, for making our mornings brighter and our stay even more enjoyable. People like you are the reason guests look forward to coming back. We hope to see you again on our next visit to Egypt!
Clean, neat and excellent hotel
The hotel was spectacular, the staff are helpful and always smiling, the G.M of the Hotel, Mr. Tarek is always availble in case of need, the lobby bar is serving drinks 24 hours, room service clean the room as early as possible on daily basis. We all loved the experience
