An exceptional stay from beginning to end. Four Seasons hotel strikes the perfect balance between refined luxury and genuine warmth, with every detail thoughtfully considered. The service was impeccable yet wonderfully personal, making us feel truly welcomed and cared for throughout our stay. The most beautiful surroundings, attention to detail, and effortless elegance made the experience feel incredibly special. It’s so rare to find a place that feels both sophisticated and genuinely comforting, but this hotel achieves it perfectly. A truly memorable stay, and without hesitation, somewhere I would love to return to.

Fantastic family holiday!
Thank-you for an amazing holiday! This was our first trip to Egypt. The Four Seasons did not disappoint and went above and beyond our expectations. We especially loved the beach area, snorkelling and water-sports. The hotel grounds are indeed vast and stunning and perfect for an early morning run before breakfast. Rooms huge and so comfortable. Great air-con. We found this was the best housekeeping that we have ever encountered. Excellent value for money. Superb restaurants and every member of staff made us feel so welcome. We did a day-trip to Cairo, so being so close to the airport made this much easier. My only criticism would be a lack of seating to listen to the music and enjoy a drink after dinner. It’s definitely an early to bed hotel- this suited us, but not if you’re looking for something more lively.

The food was amazing and the staff went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. They entertained our son and made sure he was having fun. They also recommended some food and brought a selection of their best.
Its all about the house reef
The house reef accessible via two jetties is what made our stay so amazing. You almost dont need anything else to justify the visit. Amazing snorkeling.
Our kids just loved it and there was no need for any excursions. Just snorkeling.
Other facts:
- weather was amazing in July (compared to European heatwaves)
- the resort is huge, easy to get lost
- Lebanese restaurant was the best in our opinion
- Breakfast selection was truly amazing, especially the fruit smoothies, also try the french toast.
- Was worried about the proximity to the airport, didnt notice once we arrived
- it is not cheap but you knew that already
Even if only just for a night or two would recommend staying here when in Sharm El Sheikh.

Perfect from start to Finish 😊
My wife and I returned last week from an amazing stay at the Four Seasons. The staff gave us a world class experience in friendliness, helpfulness and professionalism. The food in the restaurants all beautiful and loved our nights at the Citadel. But a special mention for the breakfast, such an array of options and fresh fruit a perfect start to the day. We spent our daytimes between Waha pool an the beach, the snorkeling was beautiful especially first thing on a morning. The rooms and views second to none, with great friendly staff on the Funicular and Golf carts. I could praise every member of staff personally but unable to remember all names, so apologies for those missed off this list.. But special thanks to Yassar, Jomana, Rmadan, Younis, Eaon, Ashri, Shenoda and of course Mostafa who made each Waha day perfect. At Breakfast Carnal was brilliant and Mahoud from the room service team A special overall thank you to Emad Botros, an absolute star what a perfect representative of the Four Seasons name. Thank you all again 😊
