Four Seasons Resort Sharm El Sheikh

We spent a week at this beautiful hotel at the end of June and we had a truly wonderful time. We had stayed previously two years ago and so were looking forward to returning. It was as good as I remembered it to be. The hotel and grounds are beautifully maintained and a pleasure to walk around. The restaurants were excellent and the menu choices were very good. We spent most of our time around Waha pool which felt calm and relaxing. The pool at the other side of the hotel has wonderful views of the sea and a more modern vibe. There are so many wonderful things to say about this hotel but the jewel in its crown is by far the staff. We were made to feel so welcome by everyone we met. They always had a smile for us which made us smile too. You really feel they genuinely care and take pride in what they do. The managers in the hotel restaurants would always greet you and take the time to talk to you. I tried to catch a few names, but wish I’d got more.

Rafaat for the pool snacks and wonderfully cleaned glasses/sunglasses, Ibrahim for always remembering our breakfast orders, Romany for his welcoming smile at Waha and Rabea for the lovely cocktails around the pool. I know I have missed many more who made our holiday so enjoyable but that gives us the ideal excuse to return in September.

Having visited several luxury Red Sea resorts in Egypt over the years, we can confidently say that the Four Seasons Sharm El Sheikh is the best.

When planning this trip, we were torn between Oberoi Sahl Hasheesh and Four Seasons Sharm El Sheikh. Having now experienced both within the past year, Four Seasons was our clear favourite.

We spent eight nights in the newer Premier section of the resort, and our room was beautiful, spacious, and immaculately maintained. The entire property is stunning and spotlessly clean, with beautifully landscaped gardens and impeccably maintained pool areas. The coral reefs accessible from the resort's two piers were exceptional. The new gym is also outstanding—huge, modern, and well equipped.

What truly sets this resort apart, however, is its people. While the facilities are exceptional, it was the warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality of the staff that made our stay so memorable. Every member of the team seemed to take real pride in ensuring guests had the best possible experience. Service at breakfast and across every restaurant we visited was consistently outstanding. The pool attendants and buggy drivers worked tirelessly in the heat while always greeting guests with a smile, and the housekeeping team kept our room spotless, providing prompt morning service and meticulous evening turndown.

There was also a noticeable presence of managers and supervisors throughout the resort, particularly at breakfast, checking on guests and ensuring everything was running smoothly and that everyone was enjoying their stay. No reasonable request was ever too much trouble.

There were so many exceptional staff members that we unfortunately didn't catch everyone's names, but we'd especially like to thank Samy, Adel, and Salma for making every breakfast such a wonderful start to the day, and Mina, the Front Desk Manager, whose professionalism and hospitality were greatly appreciated.

This resort won't appeal to those looking for a busy, all-inclusive atmosphere with loud entertainment and constant activities. Instead, it offers something far more special: refined, understated luxury, exceptional service, and a peaceful setting in which to truly relax.
