Me and my husband went to this amazing hotel end of may in to June we had a brilliant time the view from our hotel room was amazing all the staff we couldn’t fault any off them wael hysseih and the rest of the staff in top restaurant the guys at the pool bar at the beach bar and other eating and drinking in the complex we have booked again in September can’t wait to go back 😊
Staff fantastic and look after you so well. Food good, something for everyone. Cleaner I think his name is Halam clean room 6216 was brilliant. Disappointing was the music on beach from 10am so loud and totally unpleasant you just hear base thumping. Totally not acceptable. We would do 6am Snorkel then leave beach to go to pool, sad as beach ⛱️ is our love. We have been three times and this is our worst experience. If they tone music down to sort all age groups you will enjoy yourself
Great family stay! We stayed here as a family and had a wonderful time. The staff was very friendly, the rooms were clean, and the location was perfect. Highly recommended for families
Good hotel but 2 things annoyed me
Me my wife and son have recently visited the hotel, excellent hotel excellent food , the staff were allways friendly and helpful,
But 2 things that really annoyed us were
The pool bar if you want a drink by the pool you have physically got to get into the pool to get a drink, there is walking access round the back of the pool bar and you have to walk all the way around where they serve food at set times, but if you try to get a drink from there you have continuously got to try get the attention of the staff because they can't see you and are always serving to those from the pool side ,
There is a bar at the bottom near the beach and is quite steep walking down and can be quite an inconvenience just to fetch drinks from there ,
if you want a drink on a sunbed there should be easy access ,you shouldn't have to keep getting into the pool to just fetch a drink You would see trails of people walking tho the pool and back just to fetch a drink ,and this can be distracting if your swimming, your allowed to drink in the pool as well which I think isent very hygienic, and I've stood on plastic pint cups from the bottom of the pool which I removed myself from the pool , if they were damaged they be sharp and could cause injurys
The other problem is lack of toilets around the poolside you have 1 toilet one side and other toilet the other side , that's just 2 separate toilets around the whole of the pool side area for everybody ,
Or you have to walk down a steep bank near the beach to access more toilets which is a bit out the way ,from the poolside ,and is quite steep bank getting back to the pool from there ,
These issues were a big inconvenience for us during our stay , something that we have never had problems with before when stayed at other hotels
