We have been to this hotel 5 times over the yearslast year we came back for 2 weeks. All the rooms we have stayed in have been absolutely good. We are coming back August 26th this year and would like to request room 6116 which we stayed in last year. It was just placed perfectly for everything pool, restaurant beach so if possible that room or very similar location would be perfect thank you so much from Jacqueline Bailey
Piano bar the best bar mahoud awad and mahmoud ali and mohamed fares bar manager i love concorde
I am writing this review because the hotel completely ignored my complaint.
After returning to England, I emailed the hotel directly instead of posting publicly because I wanted to give the management the opportunity to investigate what had happened. Unfortunately, I never received a reply.
My 11-year-old daughter attended the Kids Club during our stay. A member of staff called Aya told my daughter that her mother was ill, that she was paid very little by the hotel, and that she needed money for her mother’s treatment. My daughter believed she was helping someone in need and handed over £60 from her own money.
I only discovered this after we had returned to England, when I asked my daughter what had happened to the money she had brought with her.
No member of staff should ever ask for, encourage, or accept money from a child. This is completely unacceptable.
I contacted the hotel privately because I expected them to take this matter seriously and investigate it. Instead, my email was completely ignored.
The lack of any response gives me the impression that serious guest complaints are not being dealt with properly, or that someone is preventing them from reaching hotel management.
I will be returning to this hotel in November, and I sincerely hope this matter has been addressed by then. If not, I will have no choice but to report the incident to the relevant authorities and continue sharing my experience publicly so that other families are aware.
