Truly Amazing
Just come back from an amazing stay at the Concorde Hotel Sharm El Sheikh — and what made it even more special was that there were 15 of us in total!
We would ALL definitely recommend staying here. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly friendly, helpful and always smiling. There was a lovely man at the beach who was hiring out the water sports, and he said something that really stayed with me: “Smiling costs nothing but energy, and that energy is passed on.”
Regardless of the trials and tribulations we all have to go through in life, a smile shared with another human being is priceless. It crosses every language and every culture — and the smiles we received throughout our stay really did make a difference.
The food was amazing in every restaurant we tried, with plenty of choice and something for everyone. One thing I would say is remember to tip! The staff work incredibly hard to make your holiday special and to help you forget about the real world for a while. They absolutely deserve it.
A little tip of our own: don’t forget to take sea shoes! They definitely came in handy.
We also used an amazing guy called Ibra — not Zebra! 😂 He really looked after us. We only did two excursions, but Ibra made sure the people looking after us were the very best. Everything was organised so well, and we genuinely felt special throughout our time there.
I honestly believe that feeling comes from the whole ethos of the hotel. Everyone seems to have the same goal: to make sure you are happy, comfortable and enjoying yourself.
And we certainly were!
Thank you to everyone at the Concorde Hotel for making our stay so memorable. We came as a group of 15 and left with some fantastic memories. We would definitely return! ❤️
Amazing Stay, Great Experience
I had a truly wonderful stay at this hotel, and I honestly couldn’t recommend it enough! The location is absolutely perfect — it’s close to everything, which made getting around so easy and convenient. The staff were incredibly polite, friendly, and helpful. Everything was well organized and handled perfectly. A special thank you to Mr. Ahmed El Behairy, Mr. Alaa, and Mr. Ahmed Yehia. They were the definition of professionalism, kindness, respect, and understanding. Their attention to detail and willingness to help really made a difference in my stay. The rooms were very nice, spacious, and exceptionally clean. Everything was well maintained and comfortable. The restaurant was also a great experience. There was a very good variety of food, and the quality was honestly impressive. Overall, it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. I would definitely stay here again

Bad experience
We unfortunately did not enjoy our stay and, overall, were very disappointed with the experience. The room was horrible and dirty when we arrived. Housekeeping was also disappointing, and it felt like you had to tip in order to get your room properly cleaned. In general, we found that the staff were not particularly friendly or attentive unless you tipped heavily. The reserved sunbeds were another issue. There were always many sunbeds reserved, yet nobody actually seemed to use them, which made it difficult to find somewhere to sit. The entertainment was also very disappointing. The disco doesn’t start until midnight, which means there is essentially nothing to do between around 10pm and midnight. They often play football instead of having music or proper entertainment, and the same music seems to be played every day. The foam party was especially disappointing — it was just a very small area on the beach and did not feel like a proper foam party at all. We also had an issue regarding food and drinks on the day of our departure. Despite having a late check-in and late check-out, we were told that we could not have any beverages or food after 12pm. This was very frustrating and felt particularly unfair given our late arrival. Unfortunately, our experience with Joseph from concierge was also disappointing. We found him very patronising, and when we raised our concerns, he did not actually help resolve the problem and told us that it was “not his problem.” That said, there were some members of staff who deserve recognition. Ahmed, the restaurant waiter, was the best if you wanted to actually get served and was always helpful. Moustafa, the lifeguard, was very helpful and friendly. Alaa and Muhamad at the bar were amazing and provided excellent service. The concierge team overall were also fantastic. Sadly, the positive experiences with these individual staff members were not enough to make up for the overall experience. Between the dirty room, poor entertainment, reserved sunbeds, disappointing foam party, and the attitude we encountered from some staff, we would not choose to stay here again.
