Lovely Hotel & staff. The Russains spoilt it for us.
The hotel itself was amazing, clean & the staff couldn't do enough for you. Loved the towel art everyday. The downside for us was it was mainly Russian clientèle & we found them extremely rude, loud & bolshy with no manners whatsoever. I would say it's not a hotel for British but the staff were so attentive to us as we wasn't rude to them like some other people. Can't fault the hotel itself we did enjoy our time there but just not with the Russians.

the service was impeccable and we felt so looked after, especially Ayman, he tended to all our needs and i would also like to give many thanks to mahamoued the chef, the food was incredible and he even made a cake for my dads birthday which was the cherry on top, 10/10 would recommend
Great hotel
Rooms spotless and cleaned daily. Reception swift and polite. Pool area absolutely spotless with the best bar staff who couldn't do enough for you. Lovely treat during the morning when they bring round cakes. Lobby bar staff are so warm and friendly and as soon as your drink is finished, another one is offered. I was able to book the Mediterranean and Egyptian restaurants both of which were excellent. Plenty of choice at all meals in the buffet restaurant. Bit of a queue for omelette but not too bad. My only negative is having to scan the QR code at bars and restaurants to see the menu. Very easy walk to the beach or a quick trip on the bus. Not easy to get a bed at the beach but no problem at all round the pool. Overall a very enjoyable holiday

Good hotel, good food, perfect animation, good experience!
Our Hotel Experience ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
The hotel was beautiful, clean, and well maintained. The rooms were comfortable and cleaned daily. The food was delicious, with a great variety of dishes, and there was always enough for everyone. The bars were nice and offered good service. The entertainment was fun, with activities every day. We really enjoyed our stay, and I definitely recommend this hotel!
