We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! ❤️ Everything was excellent. The hotel is beautiful, the entire area is very clean and well maintained, and the atmosphere is relaxing and comfortable. The food was delicious, fresh, and there was a great variety of dishes to choose from. The swimming pools were very clean and well maintained. Our room was also clean, comfortable, and nicely taken care of. The staff were very friendly, polite, helpful, and always ready to assist. Overall, we had a fantastic experience and truly enjoyed our holiday. Highly recommended! We would definitely love to come back again!

We had a wonderful stay at Pickalbatros Palace Sharm El Sheikh last week with our family, and we were very happy with the whole experience.
From the moment we arrived, the service was excellent. A special thank you to Mr. Mohamed Solin at the reception. He was extremely welcoming, professional and service-minded. He was always available to help us with anything we needed and made us feel very welcome from the beginning.
The staff throughout the hotel were friendly, smiling and helpful. At the restaurants, we especially appreciated Cullian and Mr. Ahmed Ali, who were always welcoming and made sure we had a great experience.
A big thank you also to Mr. Mahmoud from housekeeping, who was responsible for our room. He did a fantastic job and always made sure everything was clean and comfortable.
We would also like to mention Mr. Deskoy, the ice cream manager, for his friendly service and positive attitude.
Overall, we honestly have nothing to complain about. The hotel is beautiful, the service is excellent, and what really makes the place special is the wonderful staff.
Thank you to everyone for making our family holiday so enjoyable and memorable. We would definitely be happy to come back again! ❤️

Amazing holiday 😀
Just got home from a 10 night holiday at the Pickalbatros palace and we had an amazing time. I would like to thank all the staff especially the bar team around the pool the room cleaner and entertainment team who made our experience a very good one thank you guys hope to see you soon

High recommended hotel
Hotel was very clean. There were included shrimps in the meals, which was very pleasant. Staff was very good, employees around the pool where very attentive. Employees in the restaurant always ask what do we want (coffee, tea, etc.)
