I am a regular. This is my 5th stay. Can’t help but notice that food - a big advantage for the place - declined. Recreation as well. I hope it gets back as before.
Beautiful resort
Really nice quiet area for couples, has everything needed and very hygienic.

Many things to improve in this hotel.. But the worst problem is the food.. Choice, higene and quality.my wife and I both suffered with extreme bad stomachs to the point we had to cancel trips. We know that many other people were suffering the same which suprised us with the good reviews we had read prior to booking. Service in the main buffet is hit and miss... Mostly miss either no tables set up or set up but missing items... Drinks orders 9/ 10 we did not get asked..until u went and found someone.80s style all inclusive.. Choose wisely or you will be spending your holiday as close to a toilet as possible. It's our second visit to Egypt.. Last year we went to hurghada.. Completely different experience.. Food was incredible and no stamoch problems at all.. Kai sol romance hotel if you want a good recommendation. Will not be going back to this hotel..after 12 days we were literally so glad to be going home.
