Most beautiful vacation in my life
Nasr are the best , everyday cleaning room is the best , room is clean every day !
Not for us
1st trip to Egypt & Cleopatra .. and the last not for us bland food loud music English pub don’t make me laugh makes Wetherspoons look good… “cocktail bar “ excellent at making “cocktail surprises” the surprise being very little or absolutely no alcohol at all !! Entertainment pub singer style … rooms good a tip gets you a long way … beach and on site sellers a pest ! Best bit of holiday ? Flight back to Gatwick Never again

Room service is impeccable!!
Room number 4152 Nasr Edin. Our room is immaculate every single day! He always leaves fresh towels and water and has cleaned the room to perfection!! Thank you so much!!
Very good hotel
Everything was very nice, we loved our stay a lot! Special thanks to Nasr:) Our room 4255 was always very clean!
Not relaxing in any way, the Hotel states on there website its a relaxing hotel all year round, it definitely not.
Not a relaxing experience like it says on the Hotel website. I was ill after the 2nd day for 4 days, I'm not saying it was the food as it was very hot 40s some days so could off been that, some off the other Guest were the same with a stomach bug, luckily My Sister and her partner were fine.
There was constant loud music most of the day from the entertainment team and other guests playing there boom boxes, Guests smoking in the pool and drinking from glass bottles in the pool, the staff tried telling the guests this is not aloud but got ignored most of the time. We had a group of young men turn up from Israel around 50 off them they caused havoc, we were kept awake most nights with banging loud music and shouting from the Balconies and then they would be jumping in the pool at 6am screaming and shouting so not relaxing in any way, I need another Holiday to get over it, I would like to say thou the Hotel was beautiful and clean the staff were Amazing, shout out to Mohamed our pool attendant, omar the lifeguard, Ahmed and Sayed the bar attendants in the English bar and Liz the reservation Lady, all very helpful and friendly, all the staff were but these people went above and beyond. Take plenty of mosquito spray as its quite bad there, especially where they have the entertainment you will get bitten to pieces. We won't be returning especially not in the summer Months.
