Cleopatra success
Cleopatra is a lovely hotel with amazing staff! Muhammad in the restaurant was so attentive and lovely…and shebil was such a nice person, ahmed at the bar cannot do enough for you and constantly keep the drinks flowing! Our room was always immaculately cleaned by reba (sorry if this is not how you spell his name, room 4051) Even the guys at the pool are super friendly and cannot help enough! Taxi service with the mobile is the best idea…!! All hotels should do this as it is much safer! we would do this hotel again but maybe at family side as entertainment seemed to be better there and you are closer to the beach. all in all Sharm was lovely and we are united our time here. The restaurant choices could have been slightly better & but entertainment too but that would be our only down side.

Beautiful hotel. Staff were all very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Reception, bar staff, restaurant and pool guys were all fantastic! Rooms were kept very clean and had everything we needed.

really enjoyed my stay at the resort. It was peaceful and quiet, making it a great place for anyone looking to relax and unwind. The staff were professional, friendly, and always welcoming, which made the stay feel even more pleasant. The room was always clean and well maintained. The food was good overall, although there was some repetition in the menu. Overall, I had a very pleasant and relaxing experience and truly enjoyed my time there.
