The staff make this place!
There are so many positives about it this hotel. It’s close to the airport. It’s spotlessly clean. The rooms are large and well equipped. The food is pretty decent as are the drinks. There’s ample places to eat and drink in terms of restaurants and bars. However the one stand out thing is the staff - they are incredible and definitely made our trip - Ahmed, Mohammed - our pool barmen and Saif our pool man! The week we went the hotel was incredibly quiet. This was great during the day as we like a peaceful hotel but there was no atmosphere at all in the evenings. The bars were dead. We watched an England football game in the Blue Bar and there was no one else in there - I think mainly because people don’t even realise it exists! We were in bed by 9pm most nights as there wasn’t anything to do. I personally didn’t rate the entertainment team during the day or the evening and don’t feel like they would be missed. My only other small complaint was the shuttle to the beach wasn’t as regular as advertised and we were stranded at the beach a few times. It would also be helpful to show the current flag to save wasted trips. We caught the shuttle one day only to find that it was a red flag so we couldn’t swim.

Wonderful group holiday in Sharm
Great holiday! The customer service was 10/10, and the team really looked after our large group of friends and family throughout the stay. A special thanks to Khaled for the excellent room keeping. He was trustworthy, attentive, and helped make our trip very comfortable.

Amazing Holiday ❤️
We had a swim up room, amazing large bedroom with really comfortable bed- air con spot on 👌🏼 the housekeeping was great too - spotless everyday :)
Our room pool was beautiful and warm perfect for a dip. Great that this area was shaded most of the day for a nice break from the sun.
The main pools are well maintained and plenty of sun beds - the pool attendants are fabulous and work really hard. they fog for mosquitoes on the evening which was great too !
A few people come round selling excursions but are polite and not overly pushy.
The food was the best I’ve had at an all inclusive- so yummy and loads of variety!
The beach shuttle was great and plenty of sunbeds down there with drinks service.
Big shout out to Amir in the Egyptian King Shop, lots of people told me round the pool how lovely he was so I popped in , bought 2 great quality bags and a belt. Amir was so friendly and not pushy at all - clear pricing from the start which is great as this is my first time in Egypt and found shopping/haggling a bit overwhelming!
Really hard to find fault at this hotel, but a few bits of feedback-
The pub bar needs more seating outside for evening drinks.
The pool entertainment staff were lovely,I did the aqua aerobics a few times - I didn’t like the ‘games’ aspect of it at the end- I don’t want to put my arms round/ touch random people and spin around and splash each other- It’s an adult hotel and I think the pool entertainment should reflect that.
I booked a massage over at the family hotel spa which I think has some hygiene issues. The actual massage was good but I would say it was overpriced and the towels smelled strongly of damp, also after massage I watched the lady smooth out the bottom towel and fold the other one and put back into the cupboard!
Please put iced coffee available in the morning in the restaurant!

Cleopatra Adults hotel excellent service
We are currently 11 days into our 2 week trip here at Cleopatra. The services is outstanding, Mohamed who works around the adults only pool bar has been amazing. The hotel has a wide selection of drinks included and Mohamed was quick to provide great service. He is a credit to the hotel. The hotel is clean and very well maintained. We would highly recommend this hotel to anybody looking for an all inclusive holiday is sharm el sheik.
