Lovely hotel, great atmosphere. Staff hard working and friendly.
Photos attached of great staff members who really made this trip 5* for us. Also a few others that we forgot to get photos with. Nothing too much trouble and always smiling and laughing.
Decent for couple holiday
1st holiday for me and my partner, Adults only, music abit loud at times, and poor, staff my the pool amazing, specially Ahmed, making us feel very welcome very day, lifeguards also very helpful and friendly, Entertainment very poor, nothing goes on after dark, so movie channel it is. All pools very nice, Food is okay at best, rooms clean and tidy, overall a nice place but wouldn’t return, would try somewhere else

Ahmed & Zadan from pool bar 10/10.. looked after us fantastic for 10 days... nice drinks all day long... a total chill holiday as didnt have to move off lounger

Fantastic holiday at Cleopatra 😁
Just back from a fabulous week at this hotel couldn’t fault it, rooms are so clean and spacious as is everywhere else, I found the food great especially at the Asian restaurant and the pool bar. But it’s the staff who make this hotel so special they can’t do enough for you and look after you so well big shout out to Shoki for booking us a great value facial and especially Mahmoud for keeping us hydrated around the pool 😁
A perfect week thank you
We have just arrived home after a fantastic week in the Cleopatra Luxury adults only hotel. From arrival to leaving I really can’t fault this hotel. Our room (2254) was huge with loads of storage and a lovely balcony and cleaned perfectly by the charming cleaner Ibrahim who was so friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We spent our time at the quieter pool and were looked after so well by the brilliant life guards and Ahmed who was brilliant and nothing was too much trouble We ate at the pool bar and the service and food was great - big thanks to Ehab and Mohamed who served at both the pool bar and the Asian restaurant. The food at the Asian restaurant was incredible and we thoroughly enjoyed both visits to this restaurant. We have special thanks for Amhed and Mohamed in the English pub who treated us like best friends and were truly special people so warm and caring We will definitely be back next year it’s such a treat to stay here - thank you to every member of staff here for such an amazing week
