Lovely vacation
The hotel looks really awesome: big territory, nice views. The restaurant surprised us with a good variety and quality of food. It was a lot of fun with the entertainment team during the day and specially with the evening programs.

The swim pool after sunset wad adorable experience
Nice and clean, nothing to corrupt my Kondalini yoga sessions. and the swim pool after sunset was out of minded.
Excellent Hotel
Have stayed in Egypt four times now and this is definitely the best hotel I’ve stayed in super pool areas, beautiful extremely well kept grounds . Stunning internal decor. Tthe thing that really makes this hotel special is the staff they will do everything for you. They don’t allow you to lift a finger your entire Stay.
All à la carte restaurants are very good we ate in Arabic Italian Greek and seafood. All very good quality for all inclusive. My Personal favourite was the Greek very traditional flavours.
Three brilliant big pool areas, never a problem getting a sunbed very very clean with great bar service throughout the day.
Best restaurant for lunch is the seafood restaurant by the beach. I don’t believe the other two Pool bar restaurants are up to the same qualityunfortunately that’s the only negative comment from myself about this stay and I’m a little picky as I’m a chef by trade.
The inside bars serve great cocktails great service and really nice decor. You do feel like you’re in a luxury resort throughout your stay.
Mentioned the great staff there were a few individuals that really went the extra mile for us And deserve special recognition
Ali in the middle pool bar and also who ran the Greek restaurant in the evening was superb throughout our stay.
Fares who served his drinks throughout the day by the middle pool area in the sweltering heat was so kind and considerate it made great cocktails
Milana in customer service really helped us when we struggled booking restaurants and kept in touch throughout our stay to make sure everything was up to standard we really appreciated this.
Walas the lady who ran the main bar area near Reception (hope I’ve spelt her name correctly ) she was amazing throughout our stay
Ahmed in the evening outside bar Magdy in the Italian restaurant Abo Bakr in the Arabic restaurant We’re also excellent
Thanks again for a brilliant day definitely a hotel we would come back to and highly recommended

Great staff
Ali was an outstanding waiter and truly made our experience exceptional (pool 2 restaurant) His professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail were second to none. He went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect, and his genuine care for his guests really stood out. Anyone who says otherwise simply didn’t have the privilege of experiencing the excellent service he provides. Thank you, Ali, for making our visit so memorable.
