Elite service and luxury.
Amazing hotel. Very clean. Good food. Decent evening entertainment. Staff are extremely friendly and classy and go above and beyond for your comfort and happiness. Special mention to Mr Reda who is an exceptional manager, very caring, friendly, and dedicated to his work. Made my stay 10 times better, thank you!

Mohamed Shaban the best
We had an amazing experience during our stay, and a big part of that was thanks to Mohamed Shaban at the lobby bar. He was always welcoming, friendly, and professional. His cocktails were perfectly made and he always recommended drinks that suited our taste. Every time we visited the bar, he greeted us with a smile and made us feel like valued guests. His positive attitude and attention to detail made our evenings truly enjoyable. Mohamed is a true asset to the hotel. His passion for hospitality is clear in every interaction. The service he provided exceeded our expectations. Thank you, Mohamed, for making our vacation even more special. We will definitely come back and recommend this hotel to our friends.

We had a fantastic experience at the Lobby Bar, thanks to Mohamed Shaban. He is an outstanding bartender—friendly, professional, and always welcoming. His cocktails were absolutely delicious, beautifully presented, and made with exceptional skill and attention to detail.
