Steigenberger Alcazar: A True Home Away From Home
My vacation at Steigenberger Alcazar was the best vacation I’ve had in a long time!
The place is absolutely beautiful and luxurious, the staff is amazing, the food is wonderful, and everything was simply perfect.
A huge thank you to Shady at the adults-only pool for providing us with the best service, Mohamad, the lifeguard, for always taking care of us, Ahmad at the buffet during breakfast and dinner, Sayed, our housekeeper, and finally Aya from Guest Relations for always being by our side and providing us with all the information and assistance we needed.
Each one of you made our stay even more special, and we truly appreciate everything you did for us.
If you’re looking for a beautiful, luxurious resort with exceptional service, amazing food, and a team that genuinely makes you feel cared for, I highly recommend booking your stay at Steigenberger Alcazar. You will not regret it!

I had a wonderful stay at Steigenberger Alcazar. Everything was luxurious, beautiful, and truly enjoyable. The staff were incredibly helpful and always made us feel welcome.
A special thanks to Shady at the adult pool bar for his excellent service, Sayed, our housekeeper, who kept our rooms extremely clean, and Aya from Guest Relations, who was always available and ready to help us with anything we needed.

Beautiful Egypt, Sharm El Sheikh
Our first experience at the Steigenberger Alcazar Sharm El Sheikh. The hotel is very comfortable, and the stunning natural scenery, including the trees and plants, is truly breathtaking. This is what we've come to expect in Egypt. The staff are incredibly friendly. I'd like to mention the staff at the pool area: Ali, Fares, Mohamed, and Anas – they are all very respectful and professional.

amazing stay at steigenberger alcazar
i had a fantastic stay at steigenberger alcazar and honestly couldn’t fault the overall experience. the resort is beautiful, very well maintained and has a lovely atmosphere. from the moment we arrived, the staff throughout the hotel were friendly, welcoming and always willing to help.
the main restaurant had a great selection of food, with plenty of variety throughout our stay. the quality was really good, and the staff were attentive and professional.
we also really enjoyed the speciality restaurants, especially the lebanese and greek restaurants. the food was delicious, the atmosphere was lovely and the service was excellent. these were definitely some of the highlights of our stay.
a special mention has to go to the bar staff at the active pool — ali, fares, anas and mohammed. they were absolutely fantastic! they were so friendly, attentive and welcoming every day and always made sure we had everything we needed. their service really made our time around the pool even more enjoyable and they are a real credit to the hotel.
overall, we had a wonderful holiday at steigenberger alcazar. the beautiful resort, excellent food, fantastic restaurants and amazing staff made our stay very enjoyable. a huge thank you to the whole team, especially ali, fares, anas and mohammed, for making our holiday so memorable.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Amazing stay at Steigenberger Alcazar!
We had such a wonderful experience at Steigenberger Alcazar. From the beautiful resort, excellent facilities and great atmosphere to the amazing service, everything made our stay really special.
A special mention has to go to the main pool team, who were absolutely fantastic. The service around the pool was honestly one of the highlights of our stay. Anas, Ali and Fares were exceptional — always friendly, attentive, welcoming and genuinely happy to help. They made sure we had everything we needed and went above and beyond to make our days by the pool enjoyable. Their positive attitude and great customer service really stood out.
It’s staff like Anas, Ali and Fares who make a holiday memorable, and they are a real credit to Steigenberger Alcazar.
We would definitely recommend this resort and would happily come back again. Thank you to the whole team for such a lovely stay! ❤️🌴☀️
