Maged is best
The staff was all very nice, especially Maged, who was always very friendly, super kind and managed to get us an upgraded room! The hotel amenities were also very good, everything was super clean. Would definitely come back.

Sharm Grand Pldza Hotel
The hotel facilities are older but nice and clean; the rooms are spacious and tidy, and the gardens are lovely. Overall, the food was good. However, the management is poor: there is segregation among the guests! All entertainment activities were conducted exclusively in Italian! There was a separate restaurant for Italian guests that we were barred from entering—something that was NOT explained to us at the time of booking or check-in! There were no à la carte restaurants! In the evenings, the entertainment was dull, and there was a separate program just for Italian guests—which we also couldn't access! We were on an All-Inclusive plan, yet food was only served until 9:30 PM, with nothing available afterwards; drinks were only offered at the pool bar until 11:00 PM. In the evenings, there was only soft background music (no entertainment) by the pool until 11:00 PM, whereas the neighboring hotel blasted loud music from parties and concerts every night, making it impossible to sleep until 1:00 or 2:00 AM...
