I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the excellent service provided by Mr. Taha, the room attendant responsible for rooms 6203 and 6204 at Sea Beach Edge By Rotana.
Mr. Taha was professional, respectful, kind, and attentive. He always ensured that our rooms were perfectly clean, tidy, and comfortable. His dedication and excellent attitude made our stay even more enjoyable.
We kindly ask the hotel management to recognize and reward Mr. Taha for his outstanding work. He is a real asset to the hotel and truly deserves appreciation and encouragement.
Thank you, Mr. Taha, for your wonderful service!
What impressed me the most was the cleanliness of our room. Every single day, we came back to find the room perfectly clean, tidy, and well taken care of.
A very special thank you to Mohamed, who was responsible for cleaning our room. He was hardworking, respectful, professional, and always made sure everything was perfectly clean and organized. He truly deserves recognition for the excellent work he does every day.
I am attaching a photo with Mohamed because people who work with such dedication deserve to be recognized and appreciated.
The food was acceptable overall. The swimming pools and aqua park were fantastic and definitely among the highlights of our stay.
Regarding the reception staff, our experience was quite average. We noticed, however, that they seemed more welcoming and interactive with some foreign guests. I believe all guests should receive the same level of attention and friendliness, regardless of their nationality.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay, especially the cleanliness of the room, the pools, and the aqua park.
A special thank you again to Mohamed for taking such good care of our room throughout our stay. Your excellent work and dedication did not go unnoticed. Thank you, Mohamed
Hello everyone, I would like to share the experience my friend and I had at this hotel. We decided to book here based on the numerous positive reviews. Upon our arrival, everything seemed fine—the reception staff were welcoming, helped us with our luggage, and showed us to our room, which was clean and reasonable for a 4-star hotel. The first two days passed pleasantly. However, things took a disturbing turn due to a staff member who began following us around the hotel. He kept staring at us inappropriately and eyeing our bodies, making us feel extremely uncomfortable. The situation escalated into an absolute disaster while we were swimming in the main pool near the gym. He came and sat behind the rock area, assuming we couldn't see him, and started filming us while engaging in explicit, inappropriate self-touching (masturbating) while staring at us in the pool. This deeply disturbed us, as it is a clear form of sexual harassment and unauthorized filming of guests. After asking around, we learned from other staff members that his name is Magdy and that he serves as the head lifeguard. He has a very poor reputation at the hotel and treats his subordinates poorly, often shouting at them unethically right in front of guests. This individual completely ruined our vacation. I genuinely cannot understand how hotel management allows such an unfit person to work in a hospitality environment. I strongly advise anyone planning to visit this resort to be extremely cautious around this employee.
Mohamed Karim is an excellent lifeguard; he is my favorite brother—not just a friend.
I would like to express my sincere appreciation for Ahmad Mhamad, the supervisor of the Aquapark at Sea Beach Edge by Rotana, Sharm El Sheikh. Ahmad is truly an exceptional supervisor: humble yet firm, friendly yet highly professional, dynamic, polite, and a man of strong values and honesty. What makes him stand out is his remarkable attention to detail and the way he follows up on everything with genuine commitment and responsibility. His presence reflects strong leadership, discipline, and dedication. He knows how to combine authority with kindness, making both guests and his team feel respected and well cared for. A truly successful supervisor and a great example of professionalism, integrity, and positive leadership. Ahmad deserves every appreciation and recognition for the excellent work he does.
