Great Hotel
Sat here in reception with our holiday coming to a sad end 😢 the hotel does have mixed reviews but from our experience the only thing that i would say needs looking at is a wider variety of food on offer as it was always very similar ie pasta,rice,dry chicken and different variations of beef stews but would highly recommend booking the Egyptian restaurant with 7 courses you won’t leave hungry 😂 as chef mohamed will make sure of that. Staff in the whole hotel where helpful and courteous and for the ones that looked after us in the romance regency they could not do enough to make our stay any better so big thankyou to adham the barman, Mahmoud the cleaner always with a smile and last but not least moamen who was the poolboy/problem solver and genuinely a great guy ps if you want a lilo just ask him. The pools where always clean aswell as the restaurants and rooms even when we had the air con leaking they had someone out and fixed it within half hour. The hotel has a private beach which is mainly sand and you can walk out at least 50m and see the fish at the end of the pier or jump straight in from there for snorkelling.
