Forget about the service and the name of the old Rixos. Upon arrival at night, after the flight you will be kept in the hotel lobby until 14:00. If you want to check in before this time, be prepared to get a "no" answer, but only at the front desk. After that, the reception will come to you separately and say that you can be accommodated earlier, but to do this, write to the personal phone number of the person at the reception, and you will receive the service provided only for an additional 75 per day. The service of this hotel has become at the level of classic 3 stars. There is no more point in resting here. After 12 years of holidays in the Rixos hotel chain, our story ends. the first hour at the hotel - and the whole vacation is already ruined for the week ahead. Previously, Rixos did earlier check-in without problems, or with the smallest additional payment, especially for regular customers. I do not recommend anyone to overpay for a 5 star hotel, which will lose them in relation to regular guests and will not provide you with services at the level

Set in a good location 15 minutes from the airport. The atmosphere is whatever you want it to be, different areas for peace and quiet, music and fun pool activities for the young or older if you like it. Different bar’s etc, they have boom boom at the bar by the beach with live DJ at certain times, and entertainment with live shows at night also a DJ prior to the show starting. The rooms are excellent, very comfortable with all you need. They are kept very clean, special thanks to Ala who is very good 😊 if you want anything the staff will try to accommodate you. Special thanks to Mohamed who provided our towels and kept our sun glasses clean. Plenty of sun beds towels are not allowed for reservation towels are removed after 40 minutes if no return. All the staff are amazing, the shuttle taxis drive you around the complex wherever you want to go, it amazes me how they remember you with so many guests. You are not pestered in anyway, if you say no thank you they don’t bother you. Thank you to caramel for our trip and organised it all. The Ala carte restaurants are all very good, you can only book 3 to give everyone a chance, you can book more after you have used one, to make 3 again. But they are hard to get into as fully booked. Also ice cream shop she makes her own cornets they are really nice, or different flavoured ice cream’s in a carton cup. Coffee shop for different coffee. I could go on and on, but first time here and will definitely be back next year. Honestly you are so well looked after by all of the amazing staff wherever you are on the complex.
