Mixed experience
The overall experience has been quite mixed. The hotel is huge and has a lovely location near the sea, but unfortunately, around the main swimming pool and beach area, there is no fresh juice or waffles available, which was a little disappointing.
The staff overall are very friendly, especially the team around the family swimming pool and pool bar they definitely deserve 5 stars! ⭐️ Many of the staff don’t speak much English, but they genuinely try their best to help, which we really appreciate.
When we arrived, there were no robes or iron in the room, and we had to request them (iron available for only 30 min per day). The lighting system in the room is also quite complicated and doesn’t always work properly, which can be frustrating.
Overall, there are definitely some things that could be improved, but the friendly staff and their willingness to help make a big difference.

Aquapark
It’s the best ecperience we had as a family. Espacially water park was amazing. Samy and his friends are the best. They took care of everything we need in waterpark.
