Really enjoyed , would recommend.
Amazing holiday…. All the staff go above and beyond for all of us including the children we came with. The restaurants were soo good the food just kept on coming… this is our 3rd time at Rixos and we will keep coming back ❤️
A wonderful experience at Hayek, great service by Omar and delicious food. The steak on the mixed grill is particularly good!
Excellant hotel and service, lifeguard is amazing with great aqua park
We spent a wonderful week at Rixos Radamis Sharm El Sheikh (Beach resort) as a family of four with two young daughters. We already knew the Rixos brand from the Premium Seagate, and this resort fully lives up to those high standards. I have to be honest about the arrival, though: it was not worthy of a property of this level. The receptionist was quite unfriendly, our room was not ready and she could not tell us when it would be. She suggested we go for lunch in the meantime, but gave us no directions on where to go or how to move around — and this is a huge resort, made of three connected properties, connected by electric cars. When we finally found a restaurant, it was already closed. A very frustrating start. Luckily, there we met Angelica from the Guest Relations team, and she completely changed our holiday. With genuine kindness she calmed us down, sorted everything out, and supported us wonderfully for the rest of the week. She is a real asset to this resort and deserves special recognition — thank you, Angelica! From that moment on, everything was excellent: • A-la-carte restaurants: all of a very high level, with truly different themed menus. We tried a different one every evening — Indian, Lebanese, Asian/sushi, steakhouse, Mexican, and the beach BBQ where they grill meat on individual grills right at your table. In most resorts the a-la-carte food is basically the same as the main restaurant with better service; here each restaurant is genuinely different. • Room and service: super spacious room and well cared for. • Pools: countless and all different — quiet ones, lively ones, saltwater, slides, kids’ pools. • Aquapark: inside the resort and easy to reach on foot. It is not as big as the one at the Premium Seagate, but far more flexible — there you need to dedicate a full day (it’s a separate resort reached by electric cars), while here you can just pop in for a couple of hours. • Three resorts in one: guests can move freely between Beach, Blue Planet and Tirana and use all the facilities. • Kids Town: honestly something we had never seen before — a resort within the resort, with a go-kart track, firefighter missions, cooking classes, art, theatre and much more. Our daughters loved it.
Two things worth knowing: the Beach side is still being completed (only about a third is open, which did not affect our stay at all), and a resort this spectacular mainly attracts international crowd, and not all guests share the same standards of courtesy — not something the hotel can control.
Overall: impressive, maybe almost too much — but definitely something to experience at least once. We would come back, and hopefully next time the check-in will match the level of everything else.
