I am extremely disappointed with my stay. This experience was far below the standards I have always associated with Rixos, especially as I am a Gold Member and have stayed at other Rixos properties before. The problems started from the moment we arrived. The check-in process was disorganized, and many staff members seemed untrained, unmotivated, and simply uninterested in helping guests. At every other Rixos hotel I’ve visited, someone contacts me before arrival to ask if I need anything to make my stay more comfortable. Here, nobody cared at all. The hotel is severely overcrowded. There are far too many rooms compared to the number of staff and available services. Everything feels understaffed, and getting assistance is almost impossible. The food at the main restaurant was extremely disappointing and nowhere near the quality I expect from Rixos. The biggest frustration was that all à la carte restaurants were fully booked for my entire one-week stay. It is unacceptable to stay for seven nights and not be able to book a single specialty restaurant. Customer service was practically nonexistent. There was no one available to solve problems or assist guests. The resort is enormous, yet there are not enough shuttle buses. Every day guests were literally rushing to secure a seat on the shuttle. I ended up walking an average of 18,000 steps per day. I came here to relax, not to run a marathon. I also tried several times to speak with the hotel manager to report these issues, but unfortunately, the manager was never available. I stayed in the Beach Side section, and the entire experience was disappointing. The property is old, poorly maintained, and honestly does not even deserve a 3-star rating. Sadly, this has been the worst Rixos experience I have ever had, and I cannot recommend this hotel to anyone.
As a loyal Rixos guest, this was my 6th stay at a Rixos property in Sharm El Sheikh (having stayed at Rixos Sharm and Rixos Seagate multiple times) and my second visit to Rixos Radamis since its soft opening in 2024. Unfortunately, this peak July stay at the Blue Planet section fell far short of the premium Rixos standards I have come to expect. The hotel seems heavily overcrowded, and the infrastructure simply cannot handle the number of guests.
This was the longest check-in procedure I have ever experienced at a Rixos hotel. We arrived at 12:30 PM, waited 30 minutes just to get our bracelets, and were told to return after lunch. Despite coming back at 1:40 PM, we weren't accommodated until 2:30 PM. To make matters worse, front desk staff arbitrarily refused to give a fourth bracelet to my 10-year-old child because she "wasn't an adult," which upset her as she wanted to wear one like the rest of the family.
Furthermore, our pre-arrival request for a ground-floor family room was ignored, and we were placed on the first floor. Knowing we were a family of four, the room only had 2 towels. When we requested extra towels that night, one was delivered visibly dirty.
We ate mostly at the Veranda restaurant and once at Sapphire. Sapphire is much larger with a great variety of options. Veranda, however, was chaotic. Finding a table due to the massive crowds is a struggle. The food variety was disappointing; during one dinner, the exact same kofta dish was repeated across three different stations. More concerningly, I found a piece of parchment paper baked inside the chocolate during dinner, which is a serious hygiene oversight.
I accidentally lost my cap at the active pool. While I appreciate that it was found, the Guest Relations team at the Blue Planet reception refused to help me retrieve it. I was told I had to walk all the way to the beach reception myself to pick it up. When I requested that a staff member bring it over whenever they were free, they flatly refused. I even emailed management about this, and their response confirmed that this is standard policy. The different sections behave like entirely separate, uncooperative hotels rather than one unified luxury resort.
The pool areas suffer from a major lack of sunbeds, umbrellas, and towels. Every single time we went to the towel stations (at Terana or Blue Planet), we were told, "No towels right now, come back in 10 minutes." When returning 10 minutes later, a different staff member would just repeat the same phrase.
While the aquapark is nice, it is too small for the crowd. The main, largest slide has massive organizational issues. Guests routinely cut lines, leading to 20–30 minute wait times and a lot of frustrated families. The hotel desperately needs a staff member stationed downstairs to maintain order.
The absolute worst part of the stay, however, was the golf cart shuttle system. While the drivers do their best, there are simply too many guests. One evening after a beach show, trying to get back to Blue Planet was dangerous and chaotic, with crowds literally fighting over seats. The hotel refuses to intervene or organize proper line queues (like a bus station). If management does not step in to organize the transport system, physical altercations will eventually happen between guests.
Verdict: Rixos Radamis has great potential, but management is failing to handle the guest volume. Until they implement proper organization, control line-cutting, and fix their service shortages, I cannot recommend this specific property—especially to past Rixos guests who expect a luxury experience.

Just visited the Alcott restaurant in Rixos Radamis. The Italian food here was absolutely amazing from food to service the drinks. Everything was spot-on anyone who visited this hotel please do visit this restaurant. You will not be disappointed.
The food at T-Bone was absolutely amazing, and the service was brilliant too. Really attentive and couldn’t do enough for us. We went for an anniversary and they did a special cake for us which topped off a great meal nicely. Couldn’t recommend enough!
