This charming hotel is one of the most attractive in the area. Fully air-conditioned, the establishment is an ideal choice for both couples and families alike. Guests are welcomed into a lobby with 24-hour reception and check-out service, a hotel safe, currency exchange facilities and a cloakroom. Meanwhile, on-site facilities include a newspaper stand, a TV lounge, a children's playground and a kids' club. A number of dining options can be found at the hotel, such as a café, bar, pub, disco and restaurants. Business guests will appreciate the conference facilities and WLAN Internet access, which is provided for a fee. Furthermore, room and laundry services are available, and guests arriving by car can leave their vehicles in the nearby car park or parking garage. Those wishing to explore the local surroundings can hire bikes from reception.

A Terrible and Unsafe Experience Unfortunately, our stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing and far below any acceptable standard. The hotel was in a terrible condition and clearly not properly maintained. The overall cleanliness was very poor, and the room was not cleaned properly during our stay. The swimming pool was not working, which was a major disappointment, especially for a holiday hotel. The general condition of the hotel was alarming, and in our opinion, some aspects of the property were even dangerous and posed a serious risk to guests' safety. This was not the relaxing and enjoyable holiday we had expected. The hotel urgently needs significant improvements, proper maintenance, and much better cleaning standards. We cannot recommend this hotel and would strongly advise potential guests to think carefully before booking their stay. Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences we have ever had.

My honest review based on my personal experience:
Cons:
The air conditioning in my room was not working. I reported it, but it was never fixed during my stay. This is unacceptable, especially in hot weather.
There were insects in different areas of the hotel.
The bathrooms need maintenance. Some room phones were not working, and the management did not seem interested in fixing the issues.
I noticed a difference in the way Egyptian guests were treated compared to some other nationalities. I hope the hotel treats all guests equally.
The hotel is divided into two sections. One is close to the beach, and the other is much farther away and feels less active. Make sure you book the beachfront section if that's what you expect.
Pros: The food was very good with plenty of variety. The beach was nice. The animation team was friendly and did a great job.
