Meanwhile, on-site facilities include a newspaper stand, a TV lounge, a children's playground and a kids' club. So So - True Honest British Review
On arrival the hotel seems very nice and clean but once inside not what was expected. The hotel is very dated and requires a lot of attention. Check in was ok but we were Confused as to why we were given red bands and everyone else blue!
Porter took us to our room and he was very lovely, we were on the first floor and he carried our bags up for us. The room inside Was basic which really Needs updating. The shower was really slow and the drainage of the shower Is not brilliant. The plug in the sink Got stuck and wouldn’t Drain the water so we had to keep the plug out at all times.
Cleaning was done daily with clean towels, Bottom sheets were changed but not the covers. You got two bottles of Water given to you every day.
Pool - there is 3 main pools one by the main restaurant which we used a lot which is always quiet, one by the lobby and one by the food Court.
Food - unless you’re Russian it’s not for you.
Drink - Drink was ok but never any ice Given and drinks were warm.
Staff are the best thing about this hotel So friendly and polite and can’t do enough for you. They are treat so bad by the Russians and they don’t get paid enough to deal with that on a daily basis.
The bites have been horrendous my legs are covered in them and the itching is awful.
Would I use this hotel again! NO but in all Honestly I don’t think I’ll return to Egypt
Amazing hotel
I loved my.holiday here it was hilarious Lera made me belly dance and I never done this in my life. I will definitely recommend people to come here they will love it

Very disappointing stay. The food was poor quality and extremely repetitive, with the same dishes served every day. There was no ice available, which is unacceptable for a hotel. The rooms are old, outdated, and had an unpleasant smell. Overall, the hotel does not meet the standards expected for a comfortable stay. I would not recommend it.
Nice place but outdated hotel
The hotel was beutiful and well located but the set up is poor. Rooms are poor ac didnt work. Nothing to stop mosquitoes Restaurant food was full off flies. My kids didnt wven eat. Customer service did change the room but it needs to play attention to pest
