This charming hotel is one of the most attractive in the area. Fully air-conditioned, the establishment is an ideal choice for both couples and families alike. Guests are welcomed into a lobby with 24-hour reception and check-out service, a hotel safe, currency exchange facilities and a cloakroom. Meanwhile, on-site facilities include a newspaper stand, a TV lounge, a children's playground and a kids' club. A number of dining options can be found at the hotel, such as a café, bar, pub, disco and restaurants. Business guests will appreciate the conference facilities and WLAN Internet access, which is provided for a fee. Furthermore, room and laundry services are available, and guests arriving by car can leave their vehicles in the nearby car park or parking garage. Those wishing to explore the local surroundings can hire bikes from reception.
These guest rooms have an en suite bathroom with a WC, a walk-in shower, a bath and a hairdryer. This hotel is one of the worst and least efficient hotels I have ever stayed at.
The worst part of the entire experience was the extremely aggressive mosquitoes, which were unbelievably widespread throughout the entire hotel, including the rooms. On the night before my departure, I could not sleep in my room because of the constant mosquito bites. My entire body was covered in mosquito bites. They were everywhere: on the pillow, on the bed, in the toilet/bathroom, and throughout the room and the hotel. The hotel was unbelievably full of mosquitoes, insects, and biting bugs. There were also geckos inside the hotel.
On top of that, the level of cleanliness was below zero. The rooms were not clean, and the beds, blankets, and pillows were also not clean.
The customer service was extremely poor. The reception staff were unhelpful and uncooperative, and the level of service was nowhere near what should be expected from a hotel that accommodates tourists and guests.
The Wi-Fi/internet service was also extremely poor. It frequently disconnected, often did not work at all, and stopped working most of the time, making it extremely difficult to rely on.
Honestly, this was a very bad experience. These are not minor issues that can simply be overlooked; they concern basic standards of cleanliness, pest control, guest comfort, customer service, and essential services that a hotel is expected to provide.
My experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing, and I do not believe it deserves the standard at which it is presented or the money guests pay to stay there.

The hotel is very nice. Animation team is amazing. All of them are very friendly, kind and positive. Valeriia and Diana are the best. I hope to come again as soon as possible. Thanks to all animators for this exciting vacation

This is hotels is an ABSOLUTE TOILET,for any reading this please take note. 1.loads of Russians and Egyptian smoking everywhere(including the pools)a constant smell of stale smoke. 2.The rooms were awful after the second they showed us we give in,it was 11 o clock.No hot water and showers didn’t have enough pressure to stay on.We got two kettles of housekeeping so we could fill a bath.then waste fell off. The room dirty,I looked under the bed and it looked like it hadn’t been cleaned for months.The a c was filthy,we come home with a really bad cough. Then In the last day found a cockroach running across the floor. I had a bad belly for most of the second week. Most of the staff were very nice and helpful . The food was very much the same every day. The drink was left on the counter and some bars didn’t always have ice. Out side the hotel looked like it been blown up. So the the beech was joined to the sister hotel,where the sun loungers were in was like a big bog of swamp.(Holiday from hell). The travel representative was a waste of time,just wanted to sell you trips(as usual).
